The employees here (special shoutout to Jaq and Sarah) were very knowledgeable and helped recommend some awesome things for our dog. I highly recommend getting your dog vaccinated here & browsing around after. I saw them helping another family find some stuff as well- it's so nice to see employees engaging with customers in such a helpful and supportive way. We will definitely be coming back for our final round of shots and look forward to seeing the team again :)”

“Love this place! Came in for the first time on Tuesday with my juvenile ball python who was having a tough time shedding. I wasn't sure what they could do for me to help her out but when I came into the store, I was greeted and welcomed with open arms. I had a gentleman named TAI help me and he took my snake and saved the day. He has great knowledge and customer service ! I'll definitely be a regular customer just because of him . Great place to go over all I love looking at the snakes and bearded dragons etc”

“I came here to purchase a bag of dog food yesterday on a Wednesday evening around 6:15pm. The store looks pretty slow. They have only a few customers in there. I guess I picked the right time.The young gentleman at the cashier counter gave me a nice greeting and another young lady in the store offered to help. I got what I wanted in five minutes. I always have a good shopping experience with this PetSmart in Elk Grove.”
