I was tired of standing in line, so moved my business account to Umpqua.
It is close to my home, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. So far, they have all the services I need.

Stood waiting to make a deposit. No one at front. Asked somoone sitting at a desk if there was anyone working. She said that they were on break. She finally came up front to help customers.

Ive had a bank with umpqua for about 10 years now and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. When ever I go in there are no long lines to wait in like BOA and I get in and out quickly. Thats all I need in a bank so I highly reccomend Umpqua bank.
