“We adopted our Golden Aussie mix from here in early April and she has been a delightful addition to our lives. The process started several months earlier in Jan when we applied online and then scheduled a home visit and then afterward, we stayed in touch for several weeks until a suitable dog was identified. The volunteers here really care about the dog and it shows. They schedule a home visit and interview to get to know your lifestyle and think about a dog that best fits you. The adoption process does not happen overnight but I think it is worth it and shows their due diligence in trying to find a forever home for these amazing animals.”
“Nicole does a fantastic job of grooming. The service is prompt and affordable. I like the fact they don’t keep your dog kenneled there for several hours like most places.There was one problem. The gal who checked us in *shamed* me for trimming my dog’s neck, head, chin and face - myself. When I came back to get my dog she did it again, she said “we tried our best to blend in the short cut you gave her”. Nicole is the groomer and she did not seem concerned about it.So, to the owner of Waggers: your cashier needs to keep her abrasive comments to herself. I always trim my dogs’ faces myself, been doing it for years and years. I do it myself because I prefer to style their face, head and neck different than the way most groomers do. I am willing to give this place one more try. If your cashier shames me next time I come in, I will take my dog elsewhere. I will not tolerate rudeness.”

“The feed store is under new ownership and seems to going very well! It looks so much better in there already! Everything is stocked well and selection is so much better! They also sell feeder rats for your snakes! I get mine from them. The new owner is super friendly! Can't wait to see what he does with the place!”
“Had to stop by for a drill bit for a job I was actively working on. Never been, but very nice clean place! Drill bit worked great. Seems like they have a little bit of everything and more. Nice place, will visit again :)”
“Our dog loves this food. We’ve got the chicken and potato and she’s gobbling it up. Have to go back and get more after we sample the beef and sweet potatoes. See if she likes that one.”

“It's got everything I need. The employee told me there were additional savings and points through the app and walked me through which ones to select. Customer service was on point from her. Most places no longer have this type of customer service anymore so I appreciated it. I can only speak about that one employee not them as a whole but I've never had an issue.”
“Went in today on an impulsive mindset of getting a few chicks to eventually have my own eggs at home. The staff were really educational when asking which chicks would be best for what I wanted, which is eventually having my own eggs lol, and helped us select food and other beginners items that we needed. I saw another customer review on here that said the staff checked the chicks that were selected before having you buy them and I don't recall seeing the staff check them before putting in a box for me. Other than that, today is day 1 and I'm super excited!”
“The employees were so welcoming and kind and the store was clean. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of a lack of XS dog harnesses and collars. I really wanted to make a purchase on a harness but couldn’t find one that I liked that would fit my puppy. The other reason for a 4 star is for the lack of shopping carts. I saw a high volume of customers here and only 3 carts. I had to keep putting my stuff on the floor to look at the collars and harnesses.”

“A little small. Didnt have the exact things i was looking for but had close enough items. I wanted the large 20 piece whole hearted dental sticks. But they only had medium in a 20+ size. Servicr lady was kind and heloful.”
“Best grooming I got since my groomer has been out for a while. Got a call from a manager who said I have someone named James and his mom trained him well. My yorkies look like model dogs. I had a great experience with the entire store and manager. So much kindness and professionalism. So thankful I found him and this new pets Mart. Have no idea how there's not 5 stars other than them being a smaller store. The manager held my dog as he tried to find this toy I was looking for. You know these days it's hard to find people who genuinely care and I can't say enough about them. I was told that I had to get her sedated to get her groomed but he did all 4 of my dogs and he's a perfectionist but he's excellent and thorough. The videos won't upload but I got all my dogs looking the best they have looked in a while. They make sure you have your dogs vaccinated and if you care about your dogs you want to know they won't get sick at the groomers. Worth the wait and I found a new place for my fur babies.”

“great little spot for a self-service dog wash. i love having shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a blow dryer provided for $15 out to the door! Kensie was amazing (idk if that's how they spelled their name... no name tags but that's the name they provided when i asked for it) and just so helpful! i am definitely taking my pup back there again when we visit California in the future. both employees i encountered were helpful and very thorough with explaining how the self-service dog wash operates. it was a fabulous and friendly atmosphere and i really enjoyed my visit!”
“The owner is so nice, and spoils my pup every time I go in with her! My pup loves the cookies, and cake from here! My girl is a senior pup with only 5 teeth left, and the cookies she makes are not super hard. I. Fact they are soft, and easy for my pup to enjoy! Highly recommend this place! Cute little shop with also lots of cute doggie boutique wear, if your pup is a fashionista.”
“I had the best experience with these kind people plus my Buddy really liked them. I am in my late 80s and had to go pick up Buddy in the dark. There shop is off the highway and hard to find at night. They said they called me right away because it was dark they would bring Buddy to my home but I didn't hear the phone ring, so I didn't pick up . They ended up taking me home in my car with husband driving me and his wife followed us to bring him home. I was amazed at the kindness they showed to me and they will be Buddy's groomers as long as I'm able to get him there. Plus they do a good job grooming my shi-tsu pup,”
“We're so pleased with the Vetco staff. Very knowledgeable and they were gentle with our puppy. He had no idea that he was getting vaccinated with microchip. He's not afraid of them. A plus is that their prices are much less than our regular veterinarian who charges almost double for the 5 in 1 vaccine then adds a vet tech fee which Vetco does not charge. We'll continue to bring our fur kids to Vetco for their available services.”
