“I love my local post office. Especially being able to buy and print labels at home and just drop them off without waiting in line. And when I do need to buy directly, the employees have always been kind and helpful.”
“A visit to the Post Office in North Highlands may not sound like the highlight of the day, but it was pleasantly efficient. The clerk handled my slightly oversized package with complete calm, as if shipping oddly shaped boxes was the most normal thing in the world. Within minutes the package was labeled and on its journey.”
“I come to this post office almost every day for work and each experience has always been delightful! Raj, Natalie, Ken and Luke always take care of me! Great people!”
“If you need a less stressful post office to go to this will it. The workers are friendly and respectful, but there has been some mail that I have sent had gone somewhere and then direct back to the correct address which makes me upset. They need to monitor people who are scanning our mail, so it won’t deliver to the wrong address. Anyway, this is the only post office in my area that is close by to open on Saturday.”
“I want to say thanks to “Thomas”On 6/21/2024 I spoke with him because I don’t have access to my mail box at the moment and I called to see if I could get all my mail taken out so I could pick it up at the post office, Thomas was so kind to contact the mail guy on that route to take out my mail and deliver it to my door ! “Quiet, local post office.
Their hours are a bit odd and they don't have a ton of staff, so be patient.
Ignore the negative reviews. The staff are professional, helpful, and patient. They are not overly friendly but they are polite and will answer complicated questions. They've always had someone who can speak and understand basic Spanish/Espanol.”
“This person must genuinely hate everything about their life. No hello, no basic greeting — nothing. The stench of their aura reflected their unpleasant attitude from the very beginning.
I asked one simple question, and they reacted as if I had smothered their favorite relative with a pillow. The attitude was unbelievably unnecessary. You’re at work, yet you’re acting like I showed up at your home unannounced.
Please learn how to use your paid time off or sick days when you don’t feel like coming to work and being an annoyance to society.
Thankfully, the supervisor was extremely helpful. I explained the situation, and she was able to clearly explain the current policies and procedures regarding the service I requested while navigating a solution. She then brought an experienced representative to the front to assist me (& miss girl had the cutest nails ?).

“I soon found that none of that changed how it went. If you are looking to patron the pickup window just be prepared to be overlooked, ignored, or for them to be immediately annoyed of you if you were redirected to the window from the main counter.”
“Don’t waste your time going to other locations. The staff here is helpful and kind, and the store has a great vibe. They play ambient music and paper flower decorations haha Definitely one of the best USPS locations in the area.”
“I have been using the location at Fulton Ave. for at least 8 years because of an Ebay business I use. I have often been assisted during these 8 years by an African American lady who usually has long well fashioned fingernails. I write this review because I've read many negative reviews about her which I don't understand. My experience over the years with her has been %100 positive. She has spent much time answering questions and offering advice which has been extremely helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service I've enjoyed at this location.”
“I was in and out fast. I did have to wait for a postal worker to return from the sorting area. I remember when the lines at this place used to go out the door in the early 00s. I guess not that many people are mailing things anymore.”

“My visit to the Post Office went better than expected. Even though there were a few people ahead of me, the line moved steadily. The clerk helped me tape my package properly and made sure everything was ready before sending it. Overall a very easy experience.”
