“Excellent customer service by this shop. They replaced my truck drivers side door pins. I purchased the pins, and also got the stronger oversized versions. I've had this replacement of pins done several times. I learned that it was a factory flaw. Factory pins are too small for the weight of the door. Anyway, Stewart's drilled the hinge assembly to accommodate the larger pins. They completed the job extreamly fast. Brought the truck in at 8:00 am, and picked it up the same day. I would highly recommend this shop. They are extreamly professional & won't charge you and arm & a leg. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my body shop needs.

“I scraped my car really bad while staying the weekend in SF and needed the car repaired quickly as I was leaving the city the day after. They quoted me and originally said it would take 2-4 days, but when I told them my situation they said they could get it to me by the next day and quickly started working on my car. I brought my car in Saturday morning, and they repaired the damage by afternoon the next day, which means they came in to work on it even on their day off. The car looked brand new, and they even fixed some previous scratches I had on my car for free. I am so grateful for the people at Bismark, they are wonderful, do great work, and they try their best to accommodate your needs. Thank you guys so much!”

Adam did an amazing job throughout the entire process. He was helpful, professional, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I really appreciated the communication and attention to detail.
The repairs came out amazing. The paint match and finish look great, everything lines up properly, and the car looks like nothing ever happened. They also thoroughly inspected the vehicle, found additional damage, and handled the supplemental repairs directly with GEICO, which made everything much easier for me.

“This is my third time using this shop, most recently after another driver accidentally backed into my passenger door. They do amazing body work, but I love that they handle non-body services too. I have an older car that I keep in mint condition. I use the cigarette lighter daily to plug in an adapter to play music from my iPhone, and they successfully fixed the worn-out plastic prong holding the outlet in place. On top of the great repairs, I deeply appreciated their help dealing with the other party’s insurance. When the insurance company tried to low-ball me, the shop called them directly and handled everything to ensure the entire estimate was covered. Whether it’s accident repair, insurance headaches, or small interior fixes, this is the place to go!”
