“I was locked out of my brand new laptop, which was prompting me for a BitLocker recovery key passcode. After several unsuccessful attempts to access it, I decided I needed professional help. Brian was able to assist me with the issue. He was upfront about the charges and mentioned that he wouldn't charge me if he could access my laptop within five minutes; otherwise, I would need to pay. Thankfully, he was able to get into my laptop, and I was so grateful that I felt he deserved a positive review. They are honest and don't try to swindle you out of your money. If you're having laptop issues, I highly recommend going here! It's definitely worth it.”

They provided replacement part pricing for OEM and 3rd party parts and updates when the ordered part was in stock. Price for replacing the back glass for my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra was very reasonable. They were very friendly and fast. The did the repair in 30 minutes. I will go back here for any repairs I need. “I remember using this place decades ago. They were helpful then and again now. I needed a couple of parts for my new computer. They sold me the first part but then I realized I needed another part so I had to come back to ask if they had the part. They found the part I needed from an old computer they had and gave it to me free of charge. They even helped me install the part which only took a couple of minutes. They were helpful and friendly.”

“I still have no faith in Best Buy’s call center; however, JONATHAN from the Geek Squad renewed my faith in the Geek Squad. He was professional, very pleasant and had EMPATHY for my frustrations!! Plus, based on what I shared and what he could see, he was able to fix my television!
The Call Center (once again) got my issues wrong!! Last week, they sent out installers; didn’t need anything installed. This time, they told Jonathan that I had no power (wrong) and probably needed a part to repair the problem (wrong)!!
Smh…the call center agents are polite but they don’t LISTEN!!

I don't know who's who, but I got into the wrong hands last night. So, I assumed my hanes pants were not to be worn smoked.
In washing them, my face became enthralled with who knows what, no crawling, so I threw them out.
