“Perfect hotel in Emeryville. The front desk was attentive and everything was clean. The only problem was that the room was too hot, even with the AC on. Maybe it’s because our room faced the sunset? Maybe the AC wasn’t working? It was room 610. Other than that… it was perfect.”
“It's best overall in the area when you combine affordability, comfort, service and breakfast. We always come here when visiting our kid at school. Recommend”

“Most accommodating & best hotel I’ve ever been to. The staff is so amazing. The manager, guest, housekeeping crew were all super friendly. I’m a diamond member, so the food credit was also amazing! Not too far from SFO or OAK. They have a restaurant, bar, and great room views! It’s def worth a stay! ☺”

“This was our second time staying at Sonesta Emeryville. The hotel is clean, quiet, safe, and conveniently located to all the places you may go to in the East Bay as well as San Francisco.
They have a great customer friendly staff. One rock-star of a hotel employee who was still working the lobby area eating place since our last visit months ago was AMANDA 😀. Her genuinely happy smile and greatest attitude and service is simply contagious. She is simply a gold-mine of a treasure employee benefitting the hotel as well as its customers.
The room prices are generally in line with other hotels in the area. In addition to your room price be prepared to pay for parking privileges.
Clean and nicely decorated. Double-pane windows keep outside noise out. Parking lot is fenced and gated.
No homeless spotted around the hotel area.
Lots of stores and eating places within walking distance.
I would highly recommend Sonesta Emerville as your hotel choice.
Worth mentioning: Frequent heavy pothead smoking going on outside, causing the smell of smoke to drift into the lobby and elevators. But the hotel is good at freshening the inside air.”

“The rooms are clean and fresh with modern conveniences. Room service is available during certain hours. Parking is free. Several Restaurants are within walking distance. Bathroom is exceptionally Small. Barely enough room outside of shower!”
