“This review had been due for awhile. I just wanted to See for a few times before I write this review. I've been going to this UPS store my favorite. In my previous review I wrote about Evelyn who was very rude. But she has changed to be one of the best in Customer Service. Maybe she was taught how to do it the right way. The first time when I went in about a month and a half back she greeted and smiled and had a small chitchat. I was thinking not much of it. The second time I went she smiled and greeted as well. Today when I went in she was behind the counter she popped out of the counter and wished me good morning and also wished me to have a great day. That made my day. It's one of the best feeling to go into a store in the morning come out with that happy smiling face because you got the best customer service. Yay!! to UPS store for bringing their top notch service back again. this is one of the best in oakland out of all the pharmacies around and all the UPS stores around.”
“Lou was my hero for a day! Not only did she spot me a free post-it note when I needed one, she also helped me when my self-addressed USPS envelope was mislabeled and required urgent fixing for the Spanish consulate across the street. I can't recommend this place enough!”

“This is a great service. It's run by a nice guy with a British accent.He is very thorough and he knows his business. I would recommend this business if you need a mailbox or a mailing address.It's under $20 a month (I forgot the right amount. Either $14 or $16 a month). I've used this service for about 15 years and I've never had a missing package or any other issues.”

Very friendly service if you're looking for a notary! The notary, Bobby, made sure that it was done right and when I had a document that he wasn't sure if notary would be accepted, he did what he could, wouldn't charge me for it so that it wouldn't be a paid notary that may not work. I appreciated that a lot from a local business and pretty much you made me have this place as my go to notary from now onwards because of the honest work they do.
Getting documents notarized with a young kid is rough but what can you do when the kids if part of the reason a document needs to be notarized? Fear not, as Bobby was amazing - tried to engage my child playfully and even gave him some Pokémon cards just to keep him entertained while all the documents were worked on! Amazing!”

Because of that, I felt like a toddler staring at the shelves of my local UPS store as today was the day I was dreading my entire life: sending a package. It was Mari who snapped me out of my trance and offered me the help that I needed. She was calming and super knowledgeable and didn’t mind that I needed a walkthrough with sending something through the mail. Mari made sure I picked the most affordable and best choice in packaging and she didn’t make me feel like a little kid as she guided me through what to write and where on the package (name, address). The quality service was impeccable and professional, to say the least. I recommend Mari to anyone in need of incredible service. Let’s give this girl a raise.”
