“I don’t typically mail or ship anything. In fact, I don’t even think I ever actually mailed a single thing in my life. Because of that, I felt like a toddler staring at the shelves of my local UPS store as today was the day I was dreading my entire life: sending a package. It was Mari who snapped me out of my trance and offered me the help that I needed. She was calming and super knowledgeable and didn’t mind that I needed a walkthrough with sending something through the mail. Mari made sure I picked the most affordable and best choice in packaging and she didn’t make me feel like a little kid as she guided me through what to write and where on the package (name, address). The quality service was impeccable and professional, to say the least. I recommend Mari to anyone in need of incredible service. Let’s give this girl a raise.”

“I had to come here to pick up something from UPS. UPS dropped a package here for me without my consent. I do not know why I paid for UPS shipping and then have to go pick it up somewhere. Shipping is supposed to come to me, anyways the lady was nice and the store is clean and have a lot of mailing supplies in stock.”

“This review had been due for awhile. I just wanted to See for a few times before I write this review. I've been going to this UPS store my favorite. In my previous review I wrote about Evelyn who was very rude. But she has changed to be one of the best in Customer Service. Maybe she was taught how to do it the right way. The first time when I went in about a month and a half back she greeted and smiled and had a small chitchat. I was thinking not much of it. The second time I went she smiled and greeted as well. Today when I went in she was behind the counter she popped out of the counter and wished me good morning and also wished me to have a great day. That made my day. It's one of the best feeling to go into a store in the morning come out with that happy smiling face because you got the best customer service. Yay!! to UPS store for bringing their top notch service back again. this is one of the best in oakland out of all the pharmacies around and all the UPS stores around.”
