4100 Redwood Road Ste 20A, Oakland CA 94619
“I left my keys here and they held onto them for me. Then, I called about a week later and Jason told me he had a long line and would call me back. I completely forgot about it and when I got a call from Jason the next day, I was so shocked and in awe! He really remembered to call me back! Also, I lost my receipt and was doing an insurance claim, so Jason was able to give me all the information I needed. The staff here are so helpful and really care about people. Highly recommend this location.”

“I don’t typically mail or ship anything. In fact, I don’t even think I ever actually mailed a single thing in my life. Because of that, I felt like a toddler staring at the shelves of my local UPS store as today was the day I was dreading my entire life: sending a package. It was Mari who snapped me out of my trance and offered me the help that I needed. She was calming and super knowledgeable and didn’t mind that I needed a walkthrough with sending something through the mail. Mari made sure I picked the most affordable and best choice in packaging and she didn’t make me feel like a little kid as she guided me through what to write and where on the package (name, address). The quality service was impeccable and professional, to say the least. I recommend Mari to anyone in need of incredible service. Let’s give this girl a raise.”

“The person working there was very kind to me. I had had a long day, and had a prepaid label and walked in just as they were closing -- and they let me complete my package dropoff anyway. Thanks nice person, you made my day, and I hope someone made your day later.”

“I had to come here to pick up something from UPS. UPS dropped a package here for me without my consent. I do not know why I paid for UPS shipping and then have to go pick it up somewhere. Shipping is supposed to come to me, anyways the lady was nice and the store is clean and have a lot of mailing supplies in stock.”

“I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store! The customer service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and hardworking. They took the time to answer my questions, handled everything efficiently, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. From my experience, the negative reviews don't reflect the level of service this team provides. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to help.
