“I had to come here to pick up something from UPS. UPS dropped a package here for me without my consent. I do not know why I paid for UPS shipping and then have to go pick it up somewhere. Shipping is supposed to come to me, anyways the lady was nice and the store is clean and have a lot of mailing supplies in stock.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this UPS location, specifically Yeni! I flew into town to pick up a fragile, collectible toy vending machine I bought on eBay and needed to ship it back home before catching a flight just a few hours later. I walked in stressed and anxious, but Yeni completely put me at ease. She was incredibly patient, working with me to figure out the absolute most cost-effective way to ship everything safely. She made the entire process seamless and efficient, getting me out the door in time for my flight.

“I’ve got a mailbox here, all my business stuff is directed here so be a real pain to change. You can no longer access a mailbox after hours, I get it. We choose to do business in Oakland and it has its challenges.
In the last handful of months, they seemed to be better staffed. If we stop by first thing in the morning, there’s generally nobody in the place and they’re open. Super friendly. Later on in the day, there’s no parking, and often busy in the store. Both to be expected in a UPS store without a dedicated parking lot.
I was ready to change UPS store six months ago. But with a way, better staffing, happy to be here and support a. Oakland business in our neighborhood.”

“This review had been due for awhile. I just wanted to See for a few times before I write this review. I've been going to this UPS store my favorite. In my previous review I wrote about Evelyn who was very rude. But she has changed to be one of the best in Customer Service. Maybe she was taught how to do it the right way. The first time when I went in about a month and a half back she greeted and smiled and had a small chitchat. I was thinking not much of it. The second time I went she smiled and greeted as well. Today when I went in she was behind the counter she popped out of the counter and wished me good morning and also wished me to have a great day. That made my day. It's one of the best feeling to go into a store in the morning come out with that happy smiling face because you got the best customer service. Yay!! to UPS store for bringing their top notch service back again. this is one of the best in oakland out of all the pharmacies around and all the UPS stores around.”
