“I first want to say how friendly the staff was throughout our whole experience. Booking the unit was easy and quick. Billing was simple, prices were fair and comparable. When it time to cancel because we moved, it was as easy as a phone call. The only thing I would improve would be later hours to have access to the units. Sometimes 7pm is just not enough time after a long work day.”

“I had been with Waldo Rose since 2013 and NEVER had any problems. None. Not one. It is finally the end of my stay there now in 2025 and if I need storage again. I will definitely go back to Waldo Rose. The staff there is extremely helpful and personable and I love their prices. You can't beat this facility. On top of all this, you have peace of mind that your valuables are safe. Isn't that all you can ask for. I highly recommend Waldo Rose.”
“Been with this storage for 12 years, what Ive pay for my unit has went up so high that I'm slowly getting my stuff out to save on my money situation, and I do not like the hours, I think you should be able to enter to your unit anytime you like. 24 hours it should be open but it's like an 8 hour day access. Clean and nice but should be for what they charge.”

I have never been treated as well and as professionally as I have from the property manager, Kayla, in all those years. She's more than just a pretty face sitting in an office, she's the kind of person who takes interest in what YOU have to say and does her best to accommodate your needs, within reason. “Rented a 5x10 and had just enough space for all my items, which included a queen bed, desk and many boxes. Used the app to rent and called a few times for questions which were answered promptly and courteously. The storage building was air conditioned and had a push cart to help move my items, which was great because i got a unit way in the back.”
“Three moves with these guys now! Excellent service. Everything was packed well by the movers and arrived in as a good a shape as when it left. I thought the price was reasonable and arranging the logistics easy with a friendly hardworking staff. They come HIGHLY recommended.”

“There are plenty of units, units are clean and lit on inside, fair prices, big aisles, drive up right to your unit, covered storage for boats, cars, RVs. Worst feature is that gates close at 7 and no entry after that time; secure gate that is code accessed.”
