From Mateo to Kathy to the woman who runs the front office (I can't remember her name), they all supported each other to make my experience seamless. I broke my 17 year old Emtek door handle, and I looked all over the web for the right replacement. I was able to find the right model on several sites. But, when I went to order it, other online sites suddenly added more fees, or changed the delivery date, or weren't able to source the right model. Berger hardware spent time with me on the phone, found the right model, were able to source it, and stood by their price. On every level they were the absolute best experience.
