“I recently had an exceptional experience at Arc-Zone that truly highlighted the value of excellent customer service. I had a faulty Tungsten sharpener and, instead of sending it back through the mail, I decided to drive over 30 minutes to resolve the issue in person. I called the day before to let them know I was coming, and they were prepared for my arrival.
Upon walking in, I was greeted by Lucas, a knowledgeable and friendly sales associate who made my day! He quickly assessed the faulty sharpener, and although I realized there was a bit of my fault involved, which I did have to come out of pocket no more than what I would pay for a good meal, he handled the situation professionally and graciously. Without hesitation, he honored the product and replaced it with a brand-new sharpener, as well as a Milwaukee tool!
This level of customer care is exactly why I believe it's worth investing in quality products from companies that prioritize their customers. I left feeling valued and appreciated, and I can't recommend Arc-Zone enough. Thank you, Lucas, for going above and beyond! I'll definitely be back!”
“This was my second time coming to this location and both times I had the pleasure to be assisted by Nick. He has really great customer service (something I feel we don’t see as often anymore), always attentive to customers and answering questions. Towards the end of my visit, I decided to check out the clearance items while holding many things in my arms. He came over to me and asked if I needed a cart for my items and i agreed I needed one. He shortly came over with the cart and asked if I needed anything else. He helped to check my items out and we had a great convo. Overall great experience at this location thanks to Nick.”
