“I had a good experience buying a mattress at Mattress Firm because I was fortunate enough to have a good, knowledgeable sleep expert. His name was Jose. Jose is an asset to Mattress Firm. Without Jose’s help it is questionable I would have bought a mattress there.”

“This was a great experience. It was easy, fast and simple. Ramses was amazing. His customer service in working on getting it all done so I didn’t have to drive in was awesome. I got off this morning so I did not want to get out of bed. I love everything about this experience. Thanks for having this text option. I love it. Got my order in and getting delivered next week. Thank you Ramses. You rock.”

“Great service at Relax The Back! I was having neck pain, and Chuck helped me find the right pillow. He let me lounge and test out pillows for as long as I needed without feeling rushed or pressured to buy anything. I previously purchased a Zero Gravity Recliner from this store and absolutely love it. Thanks again for the wonderful service! My back and neck appreciate it!”
