“Neal was great with his customer service gave us the whole break down on every mattress we decided to try. Answered all my questions. They had a wide variety for our selection we expected to go all over furniture row looking we didn't even last an hour looking before we made our purchase. He values his work and explained and even showed us how the mattress we like worked with an adjustable frame and I was happy. We asked about a mattress pad cover and he showed us them all and explained what it was best for sold us on the one that was best with pets. We purchased Saturday like around five for the mattress next day by 11:30am. They delivered LOCALLY for $50 that included taking the old mattress again I emphasize on the word locally for that delivery fee. I usually struggle to sleep I kid you not I fell asleep by 11:30pm on that mattress (typically I fall asleep like 2-3am) I was like holy cow this put me right to sleep! 10/10.”

“Other than the one time an employee yelled at my 3yo saying in an angry tone "Don't touch my balloons!!" (they weren't her balloons; they were on display), we've had a lot of success here. The couches we've bought have been good quality and the warranty service we purchased was used with ease each time. Because of this I 100% recommend the furniture protection plan. The sales people don't bug you too much and give you space. Unfortunately, the goodies aren't always available, so keep that in mind.”

You can set up in home a consultation to work with furniture you already own. The delivery service is easy to setup. You talk to real person not a recording. Delivery men called before arriving. “Nicole Durbin at Woodbridge Interiors is fantastic, she greeted us with such a warm positive inviting attitude. I told her what I was looking for and she took me right too the the dinning room chairs. She suggested we take one chair back to my house with fabric swatches to see how it would look and select the fabric that would look best. Done, it looked beautiful. We were interested in a new bedroom set. Once again Nicole came to the house, brought out a color sample of the wood, she measured out the size of the bed with night stands to give me a good idea what it would look like in the room. We ordered the new bedroom set. Nicole was always helpful with a great positive attitude. She is a pleasure to work with, she listens and never pushes anything on you, she knows what you want, that is the artist in her. Nicole is very professional and she represents Woodbridge Interiors in a very professional manner. I have more items to purchase and I will only work with Nicole. Diane Morgan”

“I guess I should have come here to read the reviews before purchasing at Jerome's. We purchased a mattress that we were told was the best, I explained to the sales person what we needed and he said this was the best mattress we could get, that the way it was made, and it didn't use glue, etc. he also said it was so popular they couldn't keep it in stock. This mattress cost us over $3,000 and it was more than I expected but I thought if it is so great it must be worth it. Well, it is the worst mattress we have ever had and after explaining all the difficulties we've had with the mattress Jerome's said we could exchange it for one of the same price or one more expensive (us of course paying the difference), but that the fee we would have to pay for doing this is $815 plus delivery fee in the $300s. So not only is this mattress horrible, we now need to pay Jerome's over $1,000 more to exchange it. Go buy your mattress somewhere else, there are other companies that stand by their products and allow the exchange without exaggerated fees. UPDATE I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars because we went to Jerome's and we were helped by Kobe and Amber helped us. They were friendly, listened to our concerns and found a solution to our problem. We still had to pay a fee but I feel like it was a far better solution than what we were offered before. They really worked hard to make things right under the circumstances. They provided excellent customer service.”
