Their generous rewards program. The ample return policy. Free shipping. Standing behind their shoes 100%. And last but not least their personable and patient staff, especially Natelina and Noemi in Encinitas, who always remember my name and are kind and knowledgeable. Shopping here has gotten to be a little bit of an addiction, but my feet thank me for it.”
