“Henry and his team were amazing to work with. I emailed him an idea, he responded quickly with some suggestions and ideas of his own, and got my sign made in a few days. Amazing team to work with!”

“5 starts for Dante, 1 star for everything else. Dante was super nice and helpful when printers stopped working, and made sure I was helped until I was able to print successfully. He has amazing customer service skills and seems like he is able to create a pleasant interaction despite limited resources and stressful conditions.
The girl (probably the manager) was super impatient and rude, and lacked basic customer service skills. She would not even let me finish a sentence and just told me to go wait in line. Seems like she was not in a good mood, and seemed annoyed with customers and kept scolding employees. If not for Dante’s help, this would be a 1-star review”
