I visited this branch a few times and Eric B was above and beyond. I went to another branch and banker refused to help but he is very professional and helpful. He is kind and saved me money and time.

Really rude tellers and staff here. They have a weird culture at this branch. Felt uncomfortable the last time I went in. Calabasas is more recommended in my opinion.

I will definitely close my accounts with citi bank, they should definitely send that Cristina Adgajanyan to customer service classes!
