“From the moment I stepped in, David at front desk was quite pleasant and got my inquiry and directed me to personal banker THIMARI SEMAGE who took charge immediately. She was highly professional, knowledgeable, personable and friendly to my service dog. Was thorough about the types of accounts available and what each one entailed. We also had small talk about subjects in common. THIMARI is one very bright and career minded individual. My dog Briski took an immediate liking toward her. I opened a Platinum checking account and we all had a delightful time throughout. DAVID and THIMARI are the best part of 1st Citizens Bank. They both really should be management and the face of Citizens Bank. Thanks guys for everything including taking my money. BRISKI approved as well. A solid 5 STARS for this encounter!”

“What a bank! I own a small business and was in need of a line of credit for holiday inventory purchasing and the branch manager Sandy went above and beyond to help my company secure funding. First Bank is VERY easy to work with. They are professional and very fast. This sort of "old fashioned" service is rarely seen these days - I'm beyond impressed with them. If you want honest banking - First Bank is the best.”

“It was a quick and easy in and out. I had to go there to deposit cash. The staff was friendly and helpful. The mortgage lady offered to help since there was a small line for the teller. It's an easy location to get to and there's other stores and shops surrounding it. Among the other banks that I use this one is my favorite. If you're thinking about changing Banks this is an excellent Bank both in person and online. Smoothest banker I've ever dealt with. There's security checks are always on and they're always looking after me for unusual purchases or purchases outside of a certain price range. I always get notifications when any kind of purchases are occurring which are usually my own, and they also get notifications when my balances are too low.”
