I had to go into the bank to try and collect old funds from my business. I used to have an account there, but had changed banks 3 years ago. Ana was so incredibly helpful, patient, and kind, and went overboard to make sure she helped me. And I'm not even a current account holder!

I visited this branch a few times and Eric B was above and beyond. I went to another branch and banker refused to help but he is very professional and helpful. He is kind and saved me money and time.
