Office Depot in Woodland Hills is reliable when you need office supplies in a pinch. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is helpful. That said, some of the pricing feels a bit high - especially for basics like printer paper. I usually check online or bring a coupon to make it worthwhile. Great for convenience, just be ready to pay a little extra for it.”
“I am writing to add my voice to the deserved accolades which have been given to Tarzana Tech. I have been in there at least three times over the years, but my latest experience this week makes me that much more appreciative that I live so close to such a fine computer shop. This time, I brought in my very old Dell desktop computer which had a failing hard drive, 3 broken fans, and was in desperate need of a cleaning and tuneup. Because I didn't want to spend the many hours it would have taken to set up a new computer, Michael suggested we simply take an image off of the failing hard drive, and copy it onto a new solid state hard drive. Long story short, my computer is now working better than it ever did, and likely has many more years of life ahead of it. The price for all this was half of what I expected to have to pay. Great service, skillful repairs, a creative approach to problem solving, and fair and reasonable pricing. That is what I got at Tarzana Tech.”

“These guys have been my go-to for all my computer issues for a long time. They always know what to do and how to fix things-- computers, iPads, phones. They take care of it all. Recently, I needed a screen protector for my older iPhone (XR, now 6 years old) and was surprised they still had one! Great service, the person at the store even helped me put the screen protector on to make sure it looked great. Wonderful business.”

“I needed a battery for my 4 yr old Lenovo Yoga, and found online that California Computer is Lenovo certified. I originally spoke with Kevin, then with Lupé, who ordered the battery and texted when it came in. I paid in advance for the battery and installation which also included a much needed cleaning. I dropped my beloved laptop off at 12:30 p.m. and picked it up at 3:00 p.m. I did schedule this in advance, although not required I think it's only fair to any company so they can schedule and meet my timeframe. Here we are at 9:40 p.m. and my battery is still running strong and I feel as if my laptop is brand new. I would highly recommend California Computer and won't look any further if I need additional Lenovo repairs. Keep in mind that they also have a wide inventory of everything computer related. “I was having issues with my Lenovo p15. The charging/battery wasn’t working. I sent it to Lenovo to get fixed and they “fixed” it, when I got it back it still had the same issued. I took it here and they found and resolved the issue in less than 10 min. They also take Lenovo warranty . Literally saved me heaps of time, energy, and money.Thank you!”
“Absolutely stellar customer service!!! Cary is a saint.I needed a laptop because I was starting a new job. I knew what software I needed it to run, but am not techy enough to understand what aspects of the hardware would give me a good performance. Cary very quickly helped me pick the right laptop, coordinated shipping and pickup, and helped me get my new laptop in hand just in time for my new job. I can safely report a year later that my laptop knocks it out of the park!! And I wouldn't have been able to pick the right one without his guidance!”
“This Best Buy is usually pretty dead which is nice because there's little to no line when checking out. The staff have always been helpful and attentive. There's always parking, you just have to go to the upper lot if the bottom is full. I have never had issues with any of the products that I've purchased, and I go there kind of frequently (maybe once a month or once every two months).”
“It been awhile since I walked inside this Apple store at Northridge mall. I don't prefer Apple product but have a MacBook for my work. The last time I came here was years ago when my dad drop his phone and cracked the screen so I got it replaced here.
Apple products are on the higher end but if you take care of it then they last. The staff here are wonderful and looking to help you out the best way they can. They aren't pushy on sales when I was here and if you need more technical support then making reservations appointments is recommended.”
