“John and IDN were recommended by a neighbor who had just changed their floor. John was so helpful in the process and getting us the right product (SPC) for our entire first floor. We were having scheduling problems with our kitchen remodel (separate company) and John worked around the issues they raised to install the floor to allow the remodel to go forward. John's expertise was greatly appreciated. In addition, the install crew who put in the floor were as professional and meticulous as you could be. We had levelness problems with the slab and other issues, all of which were solved by the crew. We have had a lot of work done to our various houses over the years, but John and his crew were the best of the best. The floor looks absolutely amazing and we could not be happier.”

This team/staff as well as owner take care and mix it with a pinch of quality cust service that is knowledgeable and well versed about the very community of professional tradesmen that they cater to... When it comes to getting particular high end paints and materials, there is no question as to whom I trust, Shilpark and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make the cust happy and whole. All Staff whom preside here put there all in 24/7, so much so that Victor was even willing to wait a few minutes after the regular store hours to get what I needed in my hands prior to the weekend close, saving me hours if not days of more work time, for that Im grateful....If you need anything paint related, this is your spot in the west LA area... now you know.”
“I don't get out that way too often but when I do visit this shop I always find the item that I need and even found a Shindaiwa sprayer which has lasted at least 15 years so far in professional use. It did require a new hose at one point and the owner of this shop happened to have the exact hose all for a very good price. I just wish they were closer to me. I usually have to go to (the horrible) "Simon's" shop or to Johns.”

We appreciate the attention to detail with the onsite visit from Mario and Jesse to verify all dimensions and requirements. The responsiveness, knowledge, advice, and great communication from Mario and team are appreciated. All the staff at Superior Moulding are courteous and we had great customer service experiences from the front desk and warehouse teams as well. Dilni came up with amazing ideas for stucco color/trim/door that we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. She was very prompt in answering follow up questions. The Project came out fantastic. Highly recommend their color advisor services. Of course Dunn Edward paint is always great.”
