They listen to your wishes, concerns and suggestions. Will guide you through the custom fitting process and make sure you wind up with the best fitting outfit possible. Appointments are well scheduled, you'll receive a reminder email a day or so before. Walk in, receive a warm greeting and you are on your way. “My tux turned out even better than I had imagined. It feels simplistic to say the tux was perfect but it really was exactly that. Jaime was incredibly helpful both with working with me on translating what I had in my head into physical cloth, colors, patterns and textures as well as offering his experienced advice when I was looking for direction.My tux is amazingly comfortable and the bamboo fabric is so soft to the touch. I will absolutely be back with Jaime at Hall & Madden for more custom clothing and suits in the future. And now that they have my measurements and Jaime knows my particulars, it’s as easy as a quick phone call to have another item made for me.I cannot recommend Jaime and Hall & Madden enough.”

I told her about an important appointment I had the next day, & I was staying in a hotel here in Santa Monica. “If you are going to an Indian wedding, this is the best place in the valley to go to. Huge selection of lehengas, saris, jewelry and everything else you need. The owner is soooo sweet and knows what the latest fashion is and can help you find everything you need. She has a lady who comes on certain days of the week and can do alterations right on the spot. I got a lehenga skirt, crop top, shawl, and jewelry for very reasonable prices. I've never been to an Indian wedding before and I am not too familiar with the culture, so I am so grateful that the owner helped me get everything I needed. This is located in the same shopping center as Ralph's. Plenty of parking in the lot.”

“The store is very welcoming and the window dress from the street view really converse with you...the clothes and other decor really draws you in. While in Beverly Hills, you must do as the Beverly Hills folks do, and that is to window shop...! You walk along looking at all the wonderful items...and then all of a sudden...your no longer outside, but inside of TAGS....where as I entered to get a closer look at more of this prized loot...a very friendly gentleman stopped his work and kindly spoke to me about certain selections in men attire.He was very knowledgeable and indicated he had worked as a personal shopper for a number of entertainers in the past. One I was very familiar with from a former UPN network show that I was a writer on.The young man who is named J.J. gave me a number of wonderful ideas for my wifes upcoming birthday on the 25th of September.He really assisted me by going out of his way to call my wife and direct her on how to make a boutique appointment for specialized shopping needs. He was very attentive to me and my wife on the phone and answered all of her questions and mine with details.He treated us very well. Will come back again in the future. Most definitely, my wife has set an appointment.I am very impressed with TAGS. The window decore really draws you in.”

“This is a clean, organized Old Navy. It looks much larger from the outside and is much smaller than the Fox Hills Mall Old Navy in Culver City. I didn't see a jewelry section here but in my experience you're lucky if their jewelry lasts for a season. I came to Century City around 10am hoping to beat the crowds and the store was not busy.The men's section is small but I got some "waffle" long sleeve tops at a great price (they are 60% cotton, too) and saved about half the sale price after quickly opening up an Old Navy credit card. The employees are nice and helpful. They have great sales for the holidays and frequent sales in general. I like how the clothes are fashionable but not out of style after one season. I didn't like the low neckline for the women's waffle top (known as long johns for East coasters) so bought a men's S with a high neckline. It's great and also thicker than the women's version. I don't like how you might feel rushed shopping at Century City mall since there's only one hour of free parking. Old Navy is conveniently near the food court and Shake Shack. If you spend more than an hour here and want to avoid paying for parking, I spend at least $5 at Gelson's and get my parking ticket validated (free the the next 2 hours I think).”

“I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed my favorite store in the world. I shop here so much that everyone knows my name. The customer service here is exemplary. I am always greeted with a smile and such kind energy. Most stores in this area have a reputation for not being friendly to everybody that walks in but not this store. The cost of the merchandise is very well priced. If you’ve never bought MCM, then I’ll tell you that the quality of the clothing is by far greater than you’d expect. Don’t sleep on MCM. I’ve been rocking this for a while now and they never disappoint. I would definitely recommend this store to shop.”

“What a epic shopping experience we had in this store! I've always been a HUGE fan of this brand and recently shopped at the AllSaints in Soho/Londontown.That store was beyond decorated with sewing machines 100's of them lining the stairway to heaven :) Kelly helped us at the Santa Monica location, she was aabsolute dream waiting on the two of us. The price points are a bit high at this place but totally worth it in my opinion. The jewelry was a long time favorite in thepast and I wasn't at all surprised that the clothing and shoes were out of this world amazing. When we first walked in a sweet gal named Natalie greeted me and showed me to the jewelry counter. I just had to have the bangles that were marked $168. I had to have them. I was so delighted that when Kelly rang me up it was only $104. Yay! Nice surprise. That's when my daughter found me because she had to hit another storeand she instinctively knew where I would go...My daughter Kiley headed straight away to the shoes and boots section and Oh My the selections were amazing to say the least.She literally had to but 2 pair. She did need a upgrade from the ones she was wearing for work. She has a job in tech that now she has to go in to the office 3 days a week...The new normal having to into the office now. Kiley purchased the loafers and the white boots (on sale) and I got the white boots after I got home! No room in the suitcase...Kelly deserves a major shout out because she was adorable and very helpful to us. I called a week later to ask her to let me know when/ if these killer black boots go on sale. She was a major delight to the shopping experience! There also was a lovely guy helping us as well but I forgot his name :( We were lucky that the store wasn't that busy at the time we were there. It was a Saturday and it was the mall in Santa Monica. Also for all you on-line shoppers my daughter and I both purchased the size 9. We've never been a 9 before butKelly said she had to go up a size as well. There are not half sizes available. Can't wait to go back to this location! I'd you go to London you MUST go to the Soho shop! 10 stars”

The ladies are just amazing with the stories they share of Topanga, as I had to question the Flying pigs around town! Great local treasure with fabulous gifts (or maybe just for yourself!)”

“Can’t say enough good things about the Milk Room. The owners Greg and Rob put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They have an amazing collection of clothes and super reasonable prices.It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a vintage shop, but these guys made everyone who walked in comfortable. Greg and Rob are just so personable and down to earth. When Rob heard I loved animal tees, he went in the back and brought out this crazy dolphin tee for me. Most vintage shops would charge well over $30 for it and he threw it in for $10.They also have a recording studio in the back and let tons of young bands use their space to perform. The vibes here are just amazing and I’m so happy I stopped by.Best shop in LA, hands down!”

I wore vans too when i was a kid growing up. Stopped here and bought both of us a pair of new vans. I have not wore any in a very long time. We were happy with the customer service. Nice store with lots of things to choose from other than shoes. Cant wait to shop here again.”
