“After several days of intermittent service problems with my phone I visited the T Mobile store on Valley Parkway. I was instantly greeted by Arianna. We sat down and after answering several questions she checked my phone and replaced the Sim card. Rebooted and tested the phone and all is well again. She also let me know about my upgrade options and other promotions that may help me. She gave outstanding service and this was an awesome experience. Thank you Arianna!”
“Five stars for Vianka M. at the Escondido location! After a frustrating phone call regarding a price hike after my recent move, and my service being canceled.. I walked into the store to get an explanation on what happened. Vianka was incredibly patient and solution oriented. She found the issue, found a new promotion, and completely restored my confidence in the company. I signed back up. Excellent service!! Give her a raise 👏”

“It was a great experience at this T-Mobile. Nice, quick and easy. Very straightforward even though I went in when they were about to close, Daisy and Jason were very helpful. Daisy in particular answered all my questions and was really sweet. Very patience and helped me decide which phone I should upgrade to. I decided on the 17 Pro Max and I love it !”
