“Was in a bind with my Google Pixel 6 experiencing battery swelling making the right side of my phone screen separate from the casing. Showed up at 9 am on a Monday morning. Sy took one look at my phone & said that is definitely battery swelling causing that.
Gave me a quote, had a new battery in stock and said the tech would be in shortly. They were able to put me at the top of the list as their other repairs were waiting on other things. They had me out of there just before 10:30 with the new battery and seal installed. I didn't have to miss time at work as I need my phone for remote authentication. I would definitely recommend and/or use them again.”

“I have been having connection troubles with my device for several weeks now. In the beginning I was helped and I felt good about trying to get help. Lately I keep having the same issues and coming in but now I feel like I'm being a bother or that's how I'm made to feel. I like this store and was appreciative of the help I was getting. My problem has gone away on its own although it comes back every ow and then.”
“I had a great experience with the English fellow with the oddly shaped head. Recently switched my service to AT&T due to poor service nearby my workplace otherwise would've stayed with T-Mobile. T-Mobile corporate had been charging for the last 3 months for a tablet and watch line that I told them to cancel all the way back in March (not the fault of this store, just customer care not doing their jobs). He helped me to call customer care end from the store to finally get the two lines canceled that should've been canceled way back in March and all of the charges were waived and finally everything was settled as I didn't want to go into collections. If I ever decide to switch back to T-Mobile I'd go back to this store from the great customer service in helping me resolve my issue even if they didn't get commission on this particular transaction. Ask for the British guy. He was a huge help.”

“After several days of intermittent service problems with my phone I visited the T Mobile store on Valley Parkway. I was instantly greeted by Arianna. We sat down and after answering several questions she checked my phone and replaced the Sim card. Rebooted and tested the phone and all is well again. She also let me know about my upgrade options and other promotions that may help me. She gave outstanding service and this was an awesome experience. Thank you Arianna!”

“My phone died and I was unable to get an Uber. I attempted to buy a charger at the nearby target but it was the wrong one. The staff allowed me to make a call to get a ride home even though they were busy with customers. That was very nice of them and I appreciate this store staff very much. Thank You and I highly recommend going to Verizon.”

“been coming here for a while jackie has always been so helpful and attentive. recently got a tablet for my daughter. it has been perfect. I highly recommend this location. A lot of phone locations i been to in the past have me walking out because they try to sale in a type a way that is not at all comfortable making you feel like you are another person in their store $$ .... jackie listens and just has a great way of understanding what i like giving me guidance to what is right for me.
The plan i have includes disney plus! my daughter LOVES!”

“Great place. Cracked my phone in July and went to another phone repair shop in Escondido. For a new phone screen and screen protector it cost almost $200. In January the phone screen started coming loose and last week I dropped my phone the whole screen came off and my screen turned green. Came to this repair place and they offered to fix it and add on a new screen protector for just $170. I also told them what happened and they explained that the other repair place didn’t fix it properly and thoroughly, that’s what caused the phone screen to come loose. They offered a 6 month warranty (the other place offered 60 days) Good and honest work!!”
