Wait, no, I'm the nightmarish LEADER of the 10%. This incredibly patient man has handled my 1) absolutely unhinged emotional instability and 2) aversion to commitment during this remodel like an absolute saint...I've been marching into Pacific Sales (and making a b-line for Blaine) literally multiple times A DAY for an entire week, and each member of the team has made me feel nothing but completely welcome and valued. The lovely ladies at the front (frequently Laura and Tara) never fail to greet me with a smile! And although Blaine is the absolute rockstar of a plumbing specialist I've glommed onto (sorry Blaine), Chris and Jankellee are another couple of angels that have been great fun to banter with, and are clearly experts in the field as well (I had no clue how much there was to learn about plumbing until I got chatting with these three!).Blaine, seriously, thank you so much for your knowledge, compassion, and willingness to spend more time helping me than what any reasonable person could ever be expected to!And thank you to the entire team for always spreading the happy vibes. “We are so pleased with the exceptional job that Soapstone Werks did replacing our kitchen counters! Wendy was a huge help - communicating often and well, listening to my concerns, even meeting me at the stone yard to help pick out slabs that met my preferences. I was invited to be a part of the template placement process, which meant I was able to feature the prettiest parts of the slabs on the counters that were most prominent. The Soapstone Werks team was careful and considerate during demo and the install was seamless. Our new soapstone sink is my favorite part. I could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.”

“We had two major events (septic backup 2 days later water backup thru the whole house) and we were having trouble getting the renovation done due to initial company being busy. Coast to Coast was recommended and they were out the next day to evaluate what needed to be done. They started two days later. Louis M. was the guy in charge and the work was done quickly.
