“I’m so glad I discovered B & B Appliance when I recently moved to this area. The sales people were so helpful in finding me the washer and dryer that would work in a very small space. The prices were reasonable and competitive. The delivery was smooth and easy and the installer was a kind, friendly and helpful guy who offered to help me with other large items I was moving around. To be honest, the whole experience from start to finish was refreshing. Sadly we don’t often get this kind of customer service but I definitely did from B & B.”

“Our microwave stopped heating so I called B&B and they were able to send a technician the next day. The technician was very pleasant and competent. The only issue I had was with the person who took the order. I had made it clear that I had an 11:00 appointment so the appointment would need to be in the afternoon. That information was not translated to the technician. However, he and I worked it out.”

“Everyone in the service industry agrees that less than 10% of your customers create more than 90% of your problems...and I am (unfortunately for Blaine) in that 10%. Wait, no, I'm the nightmarish LEADER of the 10%. This incredibly patient man has handled my 1) absolutely unhinged emotional instability and 2) aversion to commitment during this remodel like an absolute saint...I've been marching into Pacific Sales (and making a b-line for Blaine) literally multiple times A DAY for an entire week, and each member of the team has made me feel nothing but completely welcome and valued. The lovely ladies at the front (frequently Laura and Tara) never fail to greet me with a smile! And although Blaine is the absolute rockstar of a plumbing specialist I've glommed onto (sorry Blaine), Chris and Jankellee are another couple of angels that have been great fun to banter with, and are clearly experts in the field as well (I had no clue how much there was to learn about plumbing until I got chatting with these three!).Blaine, seriously, thank you so much for your knowledge, compassion, and willingness to spend more time helping me than what any reasonable person could ever be expected to!And thank you to the entire team for always spreading the happy vibes. Ya'll feel like a little family, and I personally love just being in your company!”

Called this store and they weren't quitters, they just moved it inside and now the kids are happy. Definitely will remember which store made the kids happy when I'm fixing the house and need to make a Home Depot run. The kids workshop crew is also very friendly and helpful. “An absolute 5 starts+ to this location and Angel of course! I hope the store manager, Vida sees this review. I am sharing my absolute gratitude to Angel in the Home and Gardening department. When my husband and I purchased our new home, we were quoted around $8k or more by landscaping companies for simply planting plants. It seems pretty high as new home owners, but we weren't sure if that was a good deal or not, so we went to a couple of nurseries. The prices went to about $2k-$3k. A little skeptical at this point about the price in plants and labor costs - we continued to shop. After some good ole' YouTube and some enthusiastic ambition, we took a trip to Home Depot and met the Plant Legend himself - Angel! His name couldn't be any more suiting! He helped us find the perfect, drought resistant plants that look absolutely beautiful in our home. He patiently walked us through each step to get it right! He literally spent an hour with us, educating us on proper care and maintenance. He helped make it really easy, especially for me, since I have a horrible curse of basically looking at a plant, and it dies! Yikes! Not these plants though! We literally walked out spending under $300 for the plants and couldn't be happier! They are such great quality, and I love the Home Depot policy. Keep the containers, and if they don't work out within a year, you can take them back for a replacement or a refund! Seriously, couldn't be happier! Thanks Home Depot Escondido! Especially Angel!”

“I have so many great things to say about this company! Very timely with their responses when it comes to fixing their washers and dryers, and very affordable prices. I save so much money washing with them as opposed to a public coin laundry. I would recommend them to anyone. They even allow me to buy quarters off their workers, which is a huge plus, especially during this coin shortage. 5 stars for sure!!”

I was thrilled to call ahead, pick up my order and get back in the road in minutes. Elsewhere this would have cost me $100 more plus the time. As I mentioned, know what you want and get it at Fergusons.”

Unfortunately, we had trouble finding the right adapter, even after searching on other platforms like Amazon and eBay, leading to multiple wrong-size purchases and returns.Our sink required a unique adapter, and we were unsure where to find it. That's when we decided to seek assistance at Home Depot to resolve our predicament. When we arrived, we asked several people for help and were redirected a couple of times before someone experienced in the plumbing department was called. This is when we met Denise.Denise immediately understood our situation and got to work. She was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. After assessing our needs, she identified the appropriate adapter size to connect our portable washer. Given our previous unsuccessful attempts to find the correct adapter, my partner and I agreed that this was the most practical solution.Denise efficiently assisted us and provided detailed explanations of everything we needed to know. Home Depot is fortunate to have an employee like Denise, and we are grateful for her help. I highly recommend this location for any home improvement needs, especially for plumbing-related concerns.”
