“I am at this location at least once a week for the last 5 years, and I receive nothing but excellent service. They are all knowledgeable and are willing to be helpful. I have been to the Mira Mesa location, where they are not as knowledgeable or as willing to help out. I have visited many UPS stores throughout the county, and hands down this location have the best customer service and know what they are doing.”

Then when I had to call Dina and let her know that additional documentation was needed quickly… once again she stepped up to keep us in Compliance even if it meant keeping her way past closing time! Had this been a different Notary there is a good chance My clients would’ve missed their opportunity to complete their task. “Yesterday June 8, 2026 I went to this store to ship 3 boxes and I didn’t have labels printed because my printer didn’t work so I asked Mr. Mike if he could print the labels for me and he was so helpful and friendly he made me feel a valued customer. I had a bad experience at the other UPS store in San Marcos they weren’t helpful at all so I did not go back there to ship my boxes and will never use that store to ship anything or use any of their services.
Mr Mike and his staff are very friendly they make you feel welcome and valued customer I will surely comeback to their store for their services for shipping, printing etc. highly recommend 100% for their top notch service!”
