“The man at the counter got me in and out of there in less than 5 minutes and the person at the counter help me find my order on Amazon and knew what they were talking about.”
“Won’t use any other UPS. I’ve been a regular at this store for the past two years and the whole team here is always so helpful and goes above and beyond. Eric and Ali are efficient and friendly- no matter how busy it is.”
“Dina went up and above when my Military clients needed a power of attorney… Time was of the essence and she was more than happy to accommodate our request. Then when I had to call Dina and let her know that additional documentation was needed quickly… once again she stepped up to keep us in Compliance even if it meant keeping her way past closing time! Had this been a different Notary there is a good chance My clients would’ve missed their opportunity to complete their task. It definitely pays to find someone that you trust, who is a team player and knows the job isn’t done until everything is complete.”
“So grateful for the owners and all the amazing services they have offered over the years to us. Hands down the best customer service. I feel fortunate to have such a wonderful mail service provider.”

“I have been using PostalAnnex at 1637 E Valley Pkwy in Escondido for over 25 years, and they continue to provide outstanding service every single time. Whether I need shipping, a mailbox, copies, notarization, or even house keys made, they are always professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help.
What I love most is that they offer virtually every shipping service imaginable, including domestic and international shipping to destinations all over the world. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled correctly and efficiently.
In a world where great customer service is becoming harder to find, the team at PostalAnnex stands out. They are friendly, reliable, and truly care about their customers. After more than two decades of doing business with them, I can confidently say they are one of the best businesses in Escondido.
