“Great customer service! I had documents that needed to be shredded. They immediately put them in their locked shredding bin , as I watched. Cost is about a $1.50 a pound I believe. They have a restroom for customer use that is locked. Ask for the key.”

“Dina went up and above when my Military clients needed a power of attorney… Time was of the essence and she was more than happy to accommodate our request. Then when I had to call Dina and let her know that additional documentation was needed quickly… once again she stepped up to keep us in Compliance even if it meant keeping her way past closing time! Had this been a different Notary there is a good chance My clients would’ve missed their opportunity to complete their task. It definitely pays to find someone that you trust, who is a team player and knows the job isn’t done until everything is complete.”

“I first began using Transamerican in 1992 when I had trouble with the first or second largest mailing company in the US. Transamerican did what I needed, they delivered precisely as they said they would and they constantly improved their technology over the 15 years I did business with them. Today, with a marketing company that has law firms who need to mail large amounts of legal information to clients in the most timely fashion, I have come back to them because not once did they ever fail me or my company. When I was mailing 20K pieces a week they treated me the same way as when I was mailing 1 million. I will always be grateful for the day I first spoke with Eleanor and became part of the Transamerican family.”

“I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and it truly deserves recognition. I was attending my sister’s out-of-town wedding and had to order a dress at the last minute. The shipping notification showed that it was going to arrive at my house a day later than expected, so I decided to have it sent to this location instead. Unfortunately, it was still scheduled to arrive after my flight was set to leave, so I called ahead to make sure my husband would be able to pick it up for me. I was extremely nervous that it wouldn’t arrive in time and that I would be without a dress for my sister’s wedding. I spoke with Dina, who immediately put me at ease. She not only explained the process and reassured me, but she also went above and beyond by calling me back once my package arrived so I didn’t have to keep worrying. She even offered to stay late if my husband was delayed picking it up after work. When he arrived, the pickup process was smooth and easy. I am so incredibly grateful for Dina and the exceptional customer service she provided. Her kindness, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Dina, for making such a difference!”

“You would think that a 3 star post office isn't the best but i found it to be quite nice. think of it this way: If you go into a post office and everything goes well your not going to be blown away. i mean you're just sending mail so at best, you might feel that you got something marked off your to-do list. Because of that, the average visit that goes well will mot result in a review of the post office because it was not an event that inspired much emotion on someone. Conversely, i believe that native experiences are disproportionately reported because those experiences did inspire strong emotions in the customers. Anyways, in my opinion this post office was better than the rating implys.”
