“Yesterday June 8, 2026 I went to this store to ship 3 boxes and I didn’t have labels printed because my printer didn’t work so I asked Mr. Mike if he could print the labels for me and he was so helpful and friendly he made me feel a valued customer. I had a bad experience at the other UPS store in San Marcos they weren’t helpful at all so I did not go back there to ship my boxes and will never use that store to ship anything or use any of their services.

“I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and it truly deserves recognition.
I was attending my sister’s out-of-town wedding and had to order a dress at the last minute. The shipping notification showed that it was going to arrive at my house a day later than expected, so I decided to have it sent to this location instead. Unfortunately, it was still scheduled to arrive after my flight was set to leave, so I called ahead to make sure my husband would be able to pick it up for me. I was extremely nervous that it wouldn’t arrive in time and that I would be without a dress for my sister’s wedding.
I spoke with Dina, who immediately put me at ease. She not only explained the process and reassured me, but she also went above and beyond by calling me back once my package arrived so I didn’t have to keep worrying. She even offered to stay late if my husband was delayed picking it up after work.
When he arrived, the pickup process was smooth and easy. I am so incredibly grateful for Dina and the exceptional customer service she provided. Her kindness, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Dina, for making such a difference!”

“I am at this location at least once a week for the last 5 years, and I receive nothing but excellent service. They are all knowledgeable and are willing to be helpful. I have been to the Mira Mesa location, where they are not as knowledgeable or as willing to help out. I have visited many UPS stores throughout the county, and hands down this location have the best customer service and know what they are doing.”
