“CubeSmart Self storage on El Norte has some really great staff. Kim was the staff member working the day I came in to inquire about the 5x5 and 5x10 units. She happily showed me around and answered all of my questions. Kim was very knowledgeable about what I'd need to know and do when I rent with them. She was able to get my reservation in. Now Friday to Saturday last week was the most rain I've seen in a while. I was very unlikely to do any moving. And Janna (another member) called me to ask about reservation. I had not completed my reservation as I was going to just rent this past Sunday. She informed me that the office was not open on Sunday and I'd be able to just reserve it and then go right in on Sunday. And sure enough I did just that. Elevators were great and the dollys were there to speed moving my items in during the rainy weekend. Thanks Janna and Kim. You two went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate you both!”

“Julian and Inez were fantastic. Julian got me into two units easily and gave me a great introductory monthly fee for the first six months that I rented storage. Inez passed along a hauling company number as the person I was scheduled to meet canceled last minute.
Both of them went above normal business transactions to make me feel cared for.
I recommend Security Storage in Escondido to anyone needing storage.

“This center is more of an office/storage area but very close to central escondido commercial district. Very low crime rate here and the property owner Mr. Blackwell is a very kind and accomodating gentleman. For a prime location and the price of rental, its hard to beat this one.”
