“Easily the most warm and inviting experience I’ve had buying a car, everyone there was very welcoming and attentive, it felt like family trying to help me get a car rather than a salesperson trying to make a sale. Anyways, I went in to look at a 2015 Civic hoping to trade in my Volkswagen Golf and while I was nervous about numbers, they did everything in their power to make it easier on me and wow they really went over the moon for me.
Not only was I able to get my ideal monthly payment, the warranty that also came with the car really gives me peace of mind knowing the wide amount of coverage the warranty provides. Not a lot of small dealerships will go the extra mile for customers but these people definitely will. I do plan to come back very soon to browse potential cars for my girlfriend!”

“A month ago I purchased a 2022 Corvette Stingray from this Carmax dealership. I reserved it online as I was going to be in the area looking at other cars. Initial impressions were okay, typical of a Carmax. I made the decision to purchase the Corvette but had a few concerns, notably about transmission service that GM requires every 3 years.
The sales team at first wasn't entirely sure what I was talking about but understood my concern (It was a $67,000 purchase). I moved forward and purchased the car, got it sorted out and finalized. I purchased Maxcare for the peace of mind that it brings, and it was relatively well priced.
I did some more research post-purchase and found that the transmission fluid was overdue for a fluid replacement based on age. From what I've found the transmission fluid in the C8 Corvette degrades after 3 years and should have been replaced by Carmax before selling per their own documentation. I worked with Ray Contreras (Sales Manager) who coordinated with the service manager and they agreed to do this as a complementary service. (Keep in mind this is normally an $800-$1000 service) The team was extremely helpful and flexible as I live an hour away, and got the service done without any grief. I'm very happy with the service and post-sales support I received at this Carmax and will recommend them to others. I want to specially name Carolina Lopez and Chris Bennett (Sales) and the manager Ray for their support in my purchase of my affordable dream car!”

“You do not get brand new vehicle perks at used vehicle prices. That being said everyone complaining in the reviews about getting a bad used car should had paid a mechanic to come and inspect the vehicle before purchase.. I happened to have a great experience with the staff. Genuinely friendly, no fake act. They gave me a great deal and worked with my finance company. Bought a work van from them. It did need some maintenance work, which is completely OK because its a USED vehicle. Luckily for me I am mechanic. Other than a maintenance over haul. The van runs great, got a great deal. And great experience. As a small buisness owner I cannot stand people trying to sabotage other businesses through reviews, because they failed to be diligent on their own.”
