There is an emergency clinic a block away if needed but I have nothing but amazing things to say about the team there. I see Dr. K and she treats my fur babies with so much love and respect, they are my children and I trust her wholeheartedly. The front office has fought for me and squeezed when I came in not having an appointment and needed urgent help. This is a great place with educated professionals and parking is always easy. Plus they have a giant TV that is always playing a cartoon movie which I love since it helps me destress. It’s a great place!”

“Fabulous service from the front desk to their epic vet, Tim Sherman. Our 17 year old cat, was lethargic and not eating for a few days. We noticed white thick liquid, coming out the side of him. Concerned, we called El Norte vet . They squeezed us in the next day, even though they were booked for the next 5 days. Dr. Sherman called and gave me the scoop that morning. He was kind and professional at the same time. Our cat received excellent care from a cat bite, that was infected. Thanks El Norte , we have changed vets after 17 years!! Our cat is back to being his feisty self!”

“The VCA system is a bit over priced let’s get that out of the way, and they don’t have a payment plan set up. They do take care credit which helps a lot. That aside for this location all the doctors are great. I especially like Dr. Thomas and Dr. Cu (I might not be spelling that right). They’re great with my cats and I trust them whole heartedly. Dr. Geller is not the most sociable but he is committed and a great surgeon.”

“Great place. 10/10 and definitely worth the drive. Yes. I make the 35 min drive to have my dog groomed! After our previous groomer sold their business, we tried to stay with the new owners for a while and the place just went downhill. So, we began our search in our local area for a new groomer. But having an Alaskan Malamute, because of their size and amount of hair - we got a lot of "No's". One lady we spoke with did turn us down but said, "If you don't mind the drive, Give Hot Diggity Dog a call." And I have to admit - best decision ever. The place is well organized, the staff (thank you Sierra, Rachel and David) are efficient and friendly, and most importantly my dog is finally starting to let someone other than me to trim her nails! I really wish I came here sooner. I also like their convenient self-booking system that features an option to choose your preferred groomer on their website that is user friendly and available 24/7. So, if you live near by OR you don't like me, do yourself and your dog a service and give them a shot. You won't regret it.”
