Wellsfargo branch manager refused to deposit a check. I attempted to closed my account after that and I was told to go to a different branch.

Not professional. Teller Armando thought it was appropriate to comment on my speech impediment and provide a person that could treat me. Uncalled for and inappropriate.

Worst customer service I went in to open a bank account and one of the bankers was applying make up and said I had to make an appointment just to see her. She wasn't doing anything she could have helped me but it's okay I went to another bank who did open a bank account for me.
