“Diane was Amazing!!! She helped me with finding the perfect work boot!! I have small feet, but work requires specifics, when it comes to shoes. Boot barn didn't have carry my size. However, Diane, went and looked in the back and because they do Not carry a 5 1/2 in woman's work boots, she looked them up online, and came out to let me know she could order them and they would be at the store within a week!! What a Life Saver she was and so helpful!! Thank you Diane!! You were kind and helpful!! I appreciate you and all of your help!!! We need more people like you to help older people like me. Thank you Boot Barn, NOT for not carrying a shoe in my size, but, for hiring Diane!! She wasn't quite knowledgeable about the work boots, but she is now, because she took the time to look up the answers to the questions I had!!! Give her a raise!!!”

“I was trying on a variety of clothes and the man working the dressing room was absolutely amazing. (His name might've been Octavian but I'm horrible with names). He helped me build a whole outfit. I ended up buying way more than I originally came here for, but it made such a great outfit I can't complain. I would've never mixed and matched those pieces of clothing together on my own. I used to use a personal stylist at the Macys in UTC, but she recently retired, I wish I could hire this man to shop with me everywhere he was so helpful.”

She was super kind and helpful in assisting my fiancee right from the start, and was graceful enough to help me when I spilled my coffee, which I was willing to clean up myself. She had such a positive attitude the whole time, she wasn't upset or rude about it in any way. Upon checkout, we were helped by whoever the keyholder was (could tell by the key on her arm) and she on the other hand had a very bland and far from enjoyable attitude.
