I have been calling and going down to Burgh's Electronics for 4 days and they haven't been open or answering their phone? And there's no sign of any type on the door stating the hours of operation?

Got here at 10AM and the door was locked,the owner looked right at me he could see that I was trying to open the door and then he turned his back to me and walked in the back somewhere, I waited about 10 minutes for him to unlock the door for me but he never came back.
