“They have diesel and it is not advertised as “bio” diesel which is what we needed! Our van requires 5% or less bio content in the fuel so it can be difficult to locate gas stations these days! Thanks!!”
“Two weeks trying to get one of the national chain pharmacies to fill a prescription. I ran out and was 4 days without. Found it at Costco. Their tech got on the phone with my doctor’s office and got the prescription rerouted. Had my meds in less than two hours. Walgreens just lost a 13 year customer.”
“My husband's app updated and disconnected from the hearing aids. We went to the hearing aid center while in this Costco. Took only a minute to fix it. Thank you so much. It saved us a trip to another Costco that was not friendly to deal with.”
“Got helped the other day by a super tall guy named Coleman. Walked to my car. Found out the biggest tire i could squeeze on my big truck. Found me a cheaper, better warranty and for a better price. Good to have someone who actually has high knowledge where their working. Told him my issue about tire noise. Well he definitely helped with that. I came in to ask a question that’s it…. No hesitation dropped everything he was doing. Ended up leaving with a new set. Was gunna buy online to be fair. That service right there just brought a customer for life. I own a company that does ALOT of travel. All 6 vans will now be brought to Costco. If I had a tire shop, that employee would have been poached..”
“All gas stations on 101 throughout Eureka are creepy and this is no exception. Why is it that every single one has a jacked up credit card reader and pinpad? Once I had to go to three different gas stations before I could find one that worked. I'm not sure what the restroom situation is and I don't want to know.”

“I stopped in a month ago and was wowed by a female employee who delivered excellent customer service. Not only was she friendly from the get go, but I accidently filled my coffee cup too high and she helped balance it into a larger cup. She didn't have to do that and she was very kind about it. I already like Pinnacle gas station markets, but this one is special because of her. I wish I knew her name to give a shout out.”
“Christopher is the universe's best gas station clerk. He greets us kindly with every visit, he shows me cat pictures of his growing baby kitten, and he's always fun to chat with. I always hope when I walk in I see him. 5 stars for Chris.”

“Stop by this location to pick up some snacks and use the restroom. Cindy helped us check out and she was awesome. The bathroom is clean. We found lots of cool snacks, even flavored crickets, that they call crickets. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but just make sure you lock your car when you go in to grab your snacks they have plenty of drink options and healthy snacks as well 10 out of 10 totally recommend this location thank you Cindy for a great experience”

I have witnessed a disabled woman in a wheel chair use their restroom when most businesses turn people away. “I have never liked a gas station so much. The workers were incredibly friendly, the bathrooms were clean, and they have a really nice coffee machine you can use for just a few dollars. A lifesaver for us as we drive 10+ hours on our road trip lol. Happy we stopped for sure”
