“If you go a week past the 2 month limit and have a sole separate from a pair of shoes, then be prepared to get sent on your way with no offer to maybe give you a discount on another pair. Then by all means keep shopping there. But I won't be back. And I was a long time customer. Since I wrote my grumpy review, Famous Footwear has reached out to me to try and make things better. I'm working on getting this resolved and they get 4 stars for customer service and the one star took away for the strict computer not budging.”

He serves excellence in this field, and I chatted with him about his work, he’s been doing this over at least six decades if not more. Not only great service here, he is also a genuinely kind person and has super reasonable prices for the great craftsmanship. Very happy he’s in town.”
