“Slate Creek community has improved significantly over the last 5 years especially in the last year when the current management team took over. A lot of noticeable enhancement, better security and cleanness. I like the management team especially Elizabeth as she is very helpful and professional. The modern amenities make the living experience so exciting and the complex location is so strategic where you are surrounded with almost everything you need within a walking distance. I highly recommend Slate Creek to everyone who is looking for a clean, safe and beautiful community.Please DO NOT increase the rent every year because it's getting out of control.Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to more good stuff to come!”

“It’s very clean and well maintained. The management is always prompt in answering questions and providing assistance when needed. The area is secured and you may see security personnel patrol around at night. There are events year round that provide socialization to the community such as seasonal parties and mini contests, which are just some of the fun perks of being a resident. I’m happy with my stay so far and would recommend this place to anyone new in the area.”

“I moved out of Arlington Creek Apartments in September 2023 after living there for approximately 10-11 years. While there, I experienced a few property managers come and go as management was restructured. The first property manager Jody, was great; the in betweens not so much. Arlington Creek Apartments scored when they connected the management dream team (in my eyes) Marigold and Carmen have been nothing short of amazing! They provided structure for the complex by enforcing the lease contract for example no smoking inside of your unit, they kept the property clean with their wonderful maintenance staff. They were available to answer questions and provide quick responses should on a rare occasion my unit needed attention. The management team were also pleasant and easy to speak with. Oh the apartment complex was affordable!!! Unfortunately, I had to make a big girl decision to move out to secure my own home. I am truly grateful for the experience my girls and I had at Arlington Creek and highly recommend Arlington Creek as a place to call home. Thank you Marigold and Carmen!”

“*First off, I was not paid to give this review!!! This is my experience and my point of view.* The Villas at Fair Oaks is one of the best, if not the best complexes I’ve lived at. The staff go above and beyond for their tenants without hesitation. The apartments are super freakin cozy, when I moved in I had brand new granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances!! This is also the smallest complex I’ve lived in as well. People aren’t piled on top of each other like some complexes that are 4 stories and have 1000 or more apartments. That makes me cringe just thinking about it. RCMI and their employees have always done right by me. If you’re still reading this then congratulations are in order because I know I’ve sold you on moving here. So what are you waiting for? Pack up and come on over already!!! P.S. The manager Rachel is badass. She’s super sweet, very nice and never too busy to answer your question or concern. She needs a raise too!!!!”

Folks, poor or bad credit, good rental history?They will work with you. Use your mouthpiece, Good credit wins with attractive move-in bonuses. Hopefully,the owners are considering renovations. The tiling and countertops sing Manilow tunes. Lol. Seriously? Lacking dual pane windows? “We have been living here for almost 3 months now and are very happy. Apartment was newly renovated when moving in and in pretty good shape, apart from a few things that were fixed fairly quickly. It is a quiet complex, apart from the occasional sound from the neighbors, can’t complain too much. Have have a couple issues needing a maintenance person and they were there to fix it within 2 hours both times. Nice gym and pool. Everyone at the front office is very nice and responsive. We look forward to staying here!”

“I figured I'd review since the reviews are a bit older and a new manager apparently is here now. Angela is the property manager and really takes pride in this community. It's well maintained. Quiet neighbors, clean amenities and my place was perfect prior to move in. Maintenance is really great about getting orders done in 24hrs which I love. Usually no problem finding parking but the occasional cars that are just parked in the same spot here and there but other than that a great place to live. I'm a homeowner still and still fairly new to Roseville. Older well kept communities tend to be more quit not so much traffic and affordable which I loved about this community!FYI: This is an honest review from someone with previous property Mgt industry experience as well so I'm a bit picky!”

“We lived there for a year. We probably would have lived further, but we needed more space as our family grew larger. I can't complain about anything. The apartment of 2 by 2 is excellent, the rooms are large. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager Alejandro Ochoa. He understood our situation and allowed us to stay while we collected documents, so we have the warmest memories. Any problem was resolved quickly, such as a leaking faucet or replacing the air conditioner filter. The area is very good. I definitely recommend it.”

Just watch out for miss Cecilia Correa or whoever lives in 213, who seems to work or know people in the usps. Found her name and address on my package, which brought me to these apartments. “So we lived here for a few years (just moved feb 2022) and while the place can use some upgrades (no central heat/ac type things) i really enjoyed it overall.I enjoyed being by the creek and hearing all of the birds, sometimes turkeys wandering around.Anytime I needed something fixed that I couldnt/didn't want to do myself, it was always addressed within a day.Everyone in the complex seemed really nice, we have been lucky enough to have some really awesome neighbors!I will say, full disclosure, there are a couple of people that seem to sleep nearby (homeless/on drugs)...not the fault of the apartments but something to just be aware of)”

“I have had the pleasure of working with our maintenance man, Gustavo Orozco for the past 3 years. He is amazing and can fix anything often fixing things I have tried many times to fix. He has a broad knowledge of maintenance issues. He is soft spoken, polite, considerate and always does what he says he will do. Prior maintenance staff at this apartment have just blown me off and acted like my issue was beneath them. Gustavo never considers a request too trivial. My living at Artisan Square is much improved by having him here.”

“I want to say every time the maintenance guys come and do work on my apartment they do an excellent job this apartment I've lived here for over a year now and I've had only but good things to say about it the new management she's been here for a while now has been only nice and professional the assistant management has a great smile and she does her work very well you can only say there doing there jobs and doing them quite well if you want to live in a well-kept especially the maintenance it's beautiful here the trees look like Tahoe (or at least I think so) every day and you're safe because it's gated and all the neighbors are friendly and this is the place for you don't listen to anybody else the staff is nice and they do their job and they do it right so if you're looking for a place to live come live here at the Cascades Apartments I give it 4 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐ Out of 5 ...I still live here and it's been 3 years now and I want to say everything else that I said above is correct So if you want a great new apartment The Cascade is the one you want to rent from It's Now 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 4 stars. “I lived here for two years in a 2 bedroom and loved it! I got lucky with super low maintenance neighbors and the management was always great. This was my first home on my own and I have to say I don't think I could've had a better experience. Would highly recommend moving here. The only reason I didn't give the 5th star was because there were always homeless people in the dumpsters which wasn't something that ever became a problem but wasn't ideal obviously.”

“I love my new home! The cabinets and counter tops caught my eye the moment I stepped into my home! I have everything I need here. A stove, dishwasher, fridge, a microwave, a gym, picnic area, a pool and several washers and dryers. Everything could not have went more smoothly. OH! Did I forget to mentioned the property is always super cleaned! I LOVE LOVE what they are doing with their plants, excellent taken cared of place. Many years to come!”
