“Awesome experience. My new car had it's driver side doors damaged in an accident. Progressive Insurance accepted responsibility right away and referred me to my neighborhood Caliber Collision on Fair Oaks Blvd in Carmichael. I took the vehicle in for an estimate to replace the two doors and was given a reasonable price. The service writer, Liz was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She informed me that she would order my doors and call me when they became available. As soon as the doors arrived within two weeks, she called with a time to drop off my vehicle and also had a rental car reserved for me paid by Progressive. She also had a driver for me to take me to the rental company. My vehicle was repaired, painted, and all sensors were calibrated in three business days! Got into an accident that did some damage to the front of my car. Having recently moved here, I luckily found Trino's Auto Body and was able to bring my car in for assessment the same day of the accident.

Jonathan was very professional and gave a very detailed assessment and pointed out all damages along with a quote for replacement parts and labor so there were no surprises. He was able to get some parts discounted and all the parts arrived in 2-3 days.

A little under 2 weeks after dropping off my car, the repairs were finished and my car appeared good as new. Paint job was immaculate and they even helped clean the interior that I was not expecting. Would definitely recommend Trino's Auto Body!”

I was stressed to say the least and needed to get my spare on to make it the one more block to Les Schwab. The intake took only 30 mins, then they transferred us to Enterprise for picking up a rental car. Throughout the repairs they stayed in touch every day, texting me updates. Such level of communication just gives you a peace of mind. When we got our car back, the center told us they would take the rental car back to Enterprise. And our car was good as new, washed and vacuumed! We are completely satisfied with their impeccable work, competency, customer friendly service and professionalism. I dropped off my 2001 Mercedes E 55 to get the bumpers and my side mirrors painted keep in mind how old this vehicle is and the paint damn near match perfectly. I would recommend Red Star auto Works every time to handle anything that has to do with my personal vehicles to my family‘s vehicles.

My AAA insurance wanted to total my car with a damaged left rear panel only, and after getting an insane estimate somewhere else (that I'll not mention). My Toyota is a little older, but has low mileage and looks great....garage kept. The whole ordeal was quite stressful and upsetting. I did some research, found these guys and met w/Joe...WOW, he was amazing! They went above and beyond to work with my insurance company, fix my back panel instead of replacing it, and it came out beautifully. Really a top-notch company, and great crew/workmanship. “Although I had an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes before my car was pulled into the shop for new tires, they were very efficient in completing the work. While waiting, I observed a steady stream of customers dropping by to have their vehicle serviced. No appointment, no problem. Everyone was treated with consideration and courtesy. One customer brought lunch for the entire staff. It was apparent that customers like doing business there. It was an impressive experience in seeing how people respond to being treated as a valued customer.”

“I cannot recommend this Maaco location highly enough.

I shopped around town quite a bit before deciding to bring my truck here, and the difference was night and day. While other shops felt transactional, this team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and fair with their pricing.

This was a massive job: a full paint job including the area between the bed and the cabin, all four door jams, restoring the plastic trims, and fixing several dents I had highlighted during our initial walkthrough.

You can tell this team truly cares about the quality of their work because they understand that their craftsmanship is their best marketing. It was very clear they weren't just looking to finish the job, they genuinely wanted to ensure I was happy with the final result. To sum it up they were easy to work with, highly collaborative, and had absolutely zero ego throughout the entire process (which is the main thing I look for nowadays).

I also want to express my appreciation for what Maaco does for vehicle owners. It’s easy to dismiss a vehicle once the paint starts to fade, even if it’s mechanically perfect.
