“My wife signed up for a six week trial in May 2023, after having a year of very high quality service at another location. Despite the convenient location, she ended up not using the gym at all and cancelled the trial. We didn't notice until late last month (December, 2023) that the $199 monthly charges had continued for the past eight months. I tried calling the Rancho Cordova location at their listed number, (916) 476-4835, but it is out of service. I also tried to contact them at their email address and eventually received a reply from Will, who worked out a complete refund. Given our good experience with Results in the past, the only reason I am giving less than five stars is because of the communication difficulties.”

“Nice little private gym. It can get crowded though. However, I didn't have to experience it. Avoid coming at busy hours. I managed by coming during odd hours. Very few selection of equipment but I'm able to manage. If you're looking for those muscle bulk gyms, this place isn't it. Gym is clean & friendly staff. It's got fighting gym with cardio space & boxing bag. Only issue was price for what it provides. I gave it 5 stars because I had no issues & was able to manage it for my needs.”
