“Yohana (at Prairie City Rd. in Folsom, CA) was very skilled at finding a vein that produced without turning me into a pin cushion. I am afraid of blood draws due to many negative experiences and badly bruised failed attempts. She was not only painless, but was extremely thorough to take the time to actually feel my arm to find a producing vein. I will base my future appointments for when she is available. Also I was a walk-in and was seen within 20 minutes! Amazing.”

“By mistake... I went to the wrong clinic of the two on Coyle Ave, Carmichael. The one I went to was empty but it was the wrong address so I went to the other one. The right address was so full there were people waiting outside. I expected the software would not have allowed so many to go to the second one when just down the street the first ones schedule was wide open.”

“After a previous inspector gave me a false negative that led to months of problems, I did extensive vetting before hiring Adam—and I’m glad I did.
He’s clearly very well trained and knows exactly where and how to take samples. Even with lower levels of mold, he correctly identified contamination and provided solid remediation guidance.
My case involved whole-house contamination, and Adam spent significant time helping me understand both cleanup and long-term prevention.
He can be a little hard to reach by phone, but when you do get him, the depth of knowledge and support is worth it. Strongly recommend.”

“I had a hard time finding the place based on the driving directions on Google which had me in front of Jamba Juice. Their logo was hidden behind a tree and hard to see if you’re driving by. They are in between the Starbucks and Great Clips.
The phlebotomist was able to find a vein and got my draw done quickly. I was having issues with my appointment and the staff was very helpful.”

If you come in prepared and ready to test this your place. There was zero rudness and easy process. Come prepared leave your 5 kids at home and make sure your registration has not expired! “I've always been treated professionally at quest. The facility is always clean, staff is friendly and appts are on time.
I've also witnessed nasty patients attacking staff when they had longer wait times because they were walk-ins and didn't bother to make an appt before they came. Very unfair to staff.”
“I've had my blood drawn here many times, and even though I am a tough stick, the phlebotomists here do a superb job. The wait is usually not very long (I never have an appointment, but that obviously helps), but there are definitely some peak times when I have waited up to 45 minutes.”

MicroTest was professional and cooperative, lower priced than their nearby competitors, and even got my results earlier than the required turnaround time. Highly recommended and I wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed more analysis.”

“For me it's the fastest lab to go to. I've never had to wait and I've gone all different times of the day. All the technicians are friendly, professional and trained well. I've never had a problem with them getting blood from me; my veins tend to hide after being found. Plenty of parking, including handicap spaces. Best of all they are quick with your results for you doctor and posted on your private MyHealth account.”

“This was my first time going to Quest. I was so impressed. I arrived at 10:15 for an appointment at 10:20. The check-in was smooth and easy; I was called back at 10:22. The phlebotomist, Amber, was amazing. I didn't realize I needed to bring in a confirmation paper, and she helped me figure out what I needed. She explained the process and took my blood without pain. I was out by 10:28.”
