“I have been using the Prairie City, Folsom location for 3 years now; prior to relocating back to California, I utilized locations located in Tucson, Arizona. It has been my experience that the staff at the Quest Diagnostic locations in both locations have invariably been as professional as they have been courteous. The staff at the Prairie City, Folsom location is especially so. Given the seemingly low level of public discourse today where courtesy is not always returned, this is pretty amazing.
Update: My comments above still stand. Quest technicians perform an important task and that fact should not be taken for granted.”

This office is essentially run by one incredible professional who handles check-in, paperwork, and blood draws with efficiency and kindness. The space is clean, organized, and consistently well managed — which sadly isn’t always the case at other locations nearby. You can tell Jude truly cares about patients and takes pride in her work. LabCorp is lucky to have someone delivering this level of service.”

“By mistake... I went to the wrong clinic of the two on Coyle Ave, Carmichael. The one I went to was empty but it was the wrong address so I went to the other one. The right address was so full there were people waiting outside. I expected the software would not have allowed so many to go to the second one when just down the street the first ones schedule was wide open.”

“Had a wonderful experience this morning with Katie. Check-in was super easy, waiting room was nice. I had made an appointment and was seen right on time. Katie made me feel very comfortable with the process as getting blood work is not my favorite and can cause me some underlying distress.
She was joyful, we chatted and she was quick and made the entire experience so awesome.”

“After a previous inspector gave me a false negative that led to months of problems, I did extensive vetting before hiring Adam—and I’m glad I did.
He’s clearly very well trained and knows exactly where and how to take samples. Even with lower levels of mold, he correctly identified contamination and provided solid remediation guidance.
My case involved whole-house contamination, and Adam spent significant time helping me understand both cleanup and long-term prevention.
He can be a little hard to reach by phone, but when you do get him, the depth of knowledge and support is worth it. Strongly recommend.”

“I'm an environmental professional by trade and did some asbestos analysis on my own home. MicroTest was professional and cooperative, lower priced than their nearby competitors, and even got my results earlier than the required turnaround time. Highly recommended and I wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed more analysis.”

“I didn't have a appointment but was taken in at this location with a bit of a wait. I must say that it was only because of Madison who checked because there was a glitch in their system and the standby screen system was inoperable at the time of my visit because of the first phlebotomist I contacted was less than helpful I couldn't give a five star rating but Madison made up for the lack of care given by the first phlebotomist I encountered.

“I had an appointment for a blood draw for school. I arrived to a full waiting room and only one staff member. Michelle was exceptional at getting through the numerous appointments she had all by herself. She was very friendly and efficient. When she drew my blood I was so scared but her confidence eased my anxiety. I barely even felt the stick! She’s awesome and I’m thankful for her making my experience quick and painless even though she was extremely busy, and on her own. Thank you again, Michelle!”

They helped us both through the process even with my baby screaming and thrashing like an alligator. “I've had my blood drawn here many times, and even though I am a tough stick, the phlebotomists here do a superb job. The wait is usually not very long (I never have an appointment, but that obviously helps), but there are definitely some peak times when I have waited up to 45 minutes.”
