“We had an excellent experience purchasing beds at Mattress Firm Novato. Our salesman Bill was knowledgeable, friendly, took the time to listen to our needs and patiently showed us a variety of matresses while explaining the differences and attributes.”
“The very best ordering experience! I wanted to order a foundation for my bed and get delivery and take away of the old box spring... but didn't have time to go to the store. I called San Rafael Mattress Firm and luckily talked to Janey who handled everything in less than 10 minutes. She was professional, transparent with all the cost and delivery details and had excellent follow-thru. If you want to buy a mattress or otherwise. Ask for Janey at the San Rafael Mattress Firm store. She will make sure you are happy and have no problems.”

“We ordered a bed on the phone for an elder in our care and we were helped with every detail. I felt the gentleman helping us went out of his way to get us the delivery date we needed. Many thanks!”
“Great experience shopping for a mattress here. We walked in and right away we were met by Ray. I told him what we wanted, and he guided us to a few mattresses. One was way out of our price range and rather than push us on that, which I know some salesmen do, he helped us find one that was more affordable. Wound up getting the perfect mattress and had a lot of fun banter with the staff. Great team working there. Would definitely come back.”
“Brandon Singh was our mattress specialist at our Novato Mancini’s location, and he made the whole experience easy and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and provided great service from start to finish. He helped us find the right mattress without making us feel rushed or pressured, which led to us walking out with a mattress scheduled to be delivered. Highly recommend asking for Brandon if you’re shopping for a new mattress!”

“I’ve been shopping here for years and love this spot. They have gorgeous items, which you can also scout online ahead of time. The staff is great, to boot.”
“My friends and I walked into Dennis' store yesterday to check out some really dope pieces he had! Dennis was super friendly and even taught me how to work one of the items I bought from him ? which btw I love it! Thank you Dennis, if you haven't stopped by Karl the store you should definitely do so because you will find some really cool vintage and one of a kind items. 10/10 will definitely be back!”
“We purchased a Ronan massage chair there and had some issues that were fully resolved by the manager, Malika. She is extremely professional and customer oriented. They are very fortunate to have someone of her caliber running the store. The chair is outstanding and we’ve recommended it to friends and family.”
“The Terra folks were so supportive and helpful! In April of 2023 my wife and I purchased our outdoor furniture for our back deck. 4 months later my wife passed away from cancer. It has taken me a year to finally get back to them about delivering our furniture. Over that time they were all very empathetic and patient with me. I have had the furniture in place for only 2 days and it looks better than I could imagine! Great quality and comfort. I will always remember Jacqueline when I sit here. Thank you Terra Family!”
“Hong and team helped me pick the best mattress for our needs. They were patient and answered all questions even after our visit via email and on call. Overall a great experience!”
“I have bought 6 or so sofas for different homes from Zebra and I wouldn’t go anyplace else. They always can produce what I want at fair prices! Thank you!”
“Michael’s did all-around job! I had 8 dining chairs re-padded and re-upholstered. Communications were prompt and responsive via email and phone, and scheduling was easy. The chairs were done on time and as quoted. We provided the fabric based on the quantity they recommended and had enough leftover if needed for future repair. The workmanship is awesome. I’m very pleased. Worth the price!”
“Very cute store first off! My mom and I love cost plus world market and when ever we travel we always check them out! This one had a lot of good items and we ended up spending over $300 however the customer service from our check out girl was not kind at all. Pia was very rude and spoke to us very bluntly and disrespectful tone. She also over charged my mom charging her for something twice and when she ask my mom if she wanted a bag she just said “do you want a bag” and not a kind way, like you should when you are in customer service. When she was bagging my items she was just throwing them in the bag. I had candles and fragile items and she was very rough with them. Other than that the store was great!”

“We had a very good experience purchasing a McRoskey mattress. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about each of the mattress types . She showed us comparative mattresses and helped us choose the one that fit our needs. We are looking forward to the delivery.”
“The design team at the Mill Valley Ethan Allen store was first rate and I had a great time designing my pieces. Delivery was right on time and was smooth and easy. Thanks, all!”
“Absolutely beautiful (Custom sofa , sofa bed, mattress, bed frame , bunk bed , kid bed Dresser, v..v) and unique furniture at very reasonable prices. So much cool variety you won't find at big furniture stores. I'll be to Dimensional back soon!”
“We got such great help from Andrew in choosing the perfect couch & chair for our new house. He was very knowledgeable on all the options and offered to move pieces around for us so we could try out just the right configuration, let us take the fabric out into the natural light to look at, etc. before deciding on what we wanted. A really nice experience from start to finish, and we can’t wait to see our new furniture!”

“Fabulous store and Margie is so conscientious of what I needed and helped me find the perfect accessories for my bathroom! Now that she has beautiful jewelry in the store, I don’t need to go anywhere else to find fabulous gifts for my friends!”
“Support this local lighting shop! Alia and Ian are phenomenal people with a great eye and a beautiful, thoughtfully curated selection of lighting. Being able to see fixtures in person makes all the difference, and their showroom lets you compare options and visualize what will work best for your space.
Working with them has been so easy. They genuinely want their customers to be happy, their communication is prompt and considerate of your timelines, and they even try to group shipments together whenever possible to keep shipping free or as affordable as they can.
It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. Thank you, Lunaria West!”
“Earlier today, I visited La-Z-Boy store in Gordon Madera, with a view of purchasing a replacement chair for one that gave up the ghost recently. I had occasion to deal with the sales person named Zora, who I found to be very personable and knowledgeable concerning the recliner, I was interested in. The experience was very positive and I would have no hesitation and recommending family members or friends to the Corte Madera Library. again the experience was a very positive one for me.”

“The handmade wooden bowl we got from Nicasio Woodworks is one of our favorite things in the house! So beautifully crafted, and it makes it even better knowing we’re supporting a small business. Would definitely recommend checking out their pieces!”
“We have been working with Ruth for the past 10 months on our last remodel. She has given us excellent direction on layouts, wallpaper, paint, tile, design features, upholstery, furniture products, lamps, etc. She has driven from Marin County to Contra Costa County numerous times for on-site meetings. She is always available to answer our questions and to give advice. My husband and I have different opinions on what we like in almost everything and Ruth has smoothly guided us through the process of selecting comfortable colors all over our house. The last time that we did any redecorating/remodeling was in 2005. She has seamlessly guided us through our 2026 project. Ruth is expensive. However, we have had the highest quality service in everything. I would recommend hiring Ruth for small or large projects. She is worth every penny!! P.S. Will post other features when the remodel is completed sometime this spring.”
“I recently purchased a Florentine Bistro dining table with 4 chairs as well as two Florentine benches and a side table. They are beautiful, well built, withstand the rain and are light weight yet consequential. Because they are the same make and style, the pieces fit on my deck and serve to unify the space. I could not be more pleased. Best of all, Steven and his son Dom could not have been better to deal with throughout the process. They hand delivered everything and worked closely with me to assure I was happy. I can't recommend them more, especially because of the quality of their product and commitment to customer satisfaction. Janis D”
“We purchased a leather recliner 14 years ago and it it still looks great! Unfortunately the recliner spring recently broke and I thought the chair would no longer recline. I contacted Lief and he sent a replacement part the very next day and it was easy to fix. Hubby is so happy to have his chair back! Thank you again! Your Customer Service ROCKS!”
“Matt and the whole team at Ruby Living are a joy to work with. We love to source their beautiful furniture lines and they provide incredible service and understand customer pain points. They are reasonable and deeply care about the client experience. I highly recommend!”
“I bought a sectional sofa made by Cisco Brothers from Summerhouse a little over a year ago. It was a big investment and the owner and sales lady made the experience easy and held my hand the whole way. I was able to get a brand new floor model without waiting many months to receive an order. I called and confirmed they had what I was looking for, but it wouldn't be arriving in the store for several days. They called me back when the piece had arrived and let me swing by to see it in the back before it was even out of the packing. They spent time going through the dimensions and orientation of the sofa, talked me though everything, and then offered for just the delivery fee to let me take it home and try it out. All in all a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be buying there again.”
“Amazing customer service! Broke a caster on my fabulous bungee chair. I called their phone number and was given simple instruction on how to request a replacement. The replacement arrived on the third day following my call. Very reasonably priced and simple to remove the broken one and install the replacement. Thank you, Marika and EuroStyle!”

“Dean has made so many incredible pieces, I hesitate to add just a few pictures, not shown is a beautiful redwood burl live edge coffee table in my family room. We’ve eaten at our kitchen table for over a decade, full disclosure, Dean did take the table back and refinish it for us after the kids moved out. The headboard from Madera Furniture is only surpassed by his one of a kind end tables made of old Walnut. Dean is an artist making ancient wood functional and aesthetically pleasing in your home. He is currently located in the rear of the Fairfax Lunber yard, upstairs.”
