“Out of all the Trader Joes I've been too, this one probably has the best staff. They're all friendly. Other than that, this is like most other Trader Joe's. Item selection is good at worst and they've rarely, as far as I've seen, been out of stock of anything.
This is my go-to Trader Joe's.”

SHOUT OUT TO RONALD who helped me out in the wine section. I came here looking for a specific wine that I could only find through G.O. Ronald knew exactly what I was looking for.
There were just a few on the shelf and I took what was left. Ronald checked in the back to see if there was any more and was not able to find any besides what was on the shelf.
We briefly talked about wine and I told him about my local G.O. and that I drove from another town to this G.O. Ronald told me to keep shopping and he'll do a more thorough check. 5 minutes later he finds me in one of the isles on the opposite side of the store; tells me he was able to find 6 more in the back.
Ronald was attentive and provided great customer service. Haven't experienced this kind of customer service in a long time.”
“We stopped here for lunch while on a bike packing trip. The fried chicken sandwich with added bacon was incredible, and the options to stock up on drinks and snacks were great. They have nice indoor and outdoor seating areas (but no public bathroom). Appreciated being able to charge up our devices while we ate.”

“I stumbled upon this place looking for a light dinner and will 100% be back. It’s like a fancier, smaller, local Berkeley Bowl with better quality prepared foods. Their potato latkes are the best I’ve ever had and their salmon cake is chef’s kiss! They can heat it up behind the deli counter and there is seating to eat here.Their prepared food section looks home-cooked, amazing and fresh overall.They also have a great natural product section as well, where I stocked up on Rose bath salts, essential oils, and got a guasha tool too.”

“Service is mostly better than average because they take the time to chat with you just like in an old time grocery store. Ambiance is a bit dated with classic upscale foodstuffs. They have a buy ten sandwiches get one free deal and these sandwiches are so big you have to be pretty hungry to eat one at one time. Good soups, salads, deli and hot bar too.”

“We stopped by this place on our tour of San Francisco. We came from Toronto to visit San Francisco. We picked up some really great Persian appetizers and groceries. Quality of the appetizers was amazing. Loved the store and the owner was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended”
“I was inspired to write this by a quick stop for apples and vegetables after school yesterday. I shop here about once a week on weekday mornings (plus at the San Rafael location on school breaks and some weekends). The produce is farmers market quality--fresh from local farms--and usually even better priced than Safeway. The fish is the best around and i can only find certain cheeses, like Bulgarian feta, affordably here. Anyway, on this which grocery run between kindergarten and second grade pickup, I told my younger daughter that we weren't going to get treats (which was tough, given how alluring the Christmas display are--and yes, I'm hitting those next week). The store was packed because, it turned out, Thursday is "senior day." My vegetable loving daughter picked out some beautiful oyster mushrooms and a bunch of carrots in lieu of a treat. But then, at the checkout, the lovely cashier offered her a candy cane (after asking my permission) and a balloon. My daughter gleefully exclaimed, "And you said I wouldn't get a treat!" As my kindergartner beamed amidst the crowd of Thursday senior shoppers, I thought about how meaningful local businesses like United are to the community as a whole, from schools to sports teams to seniors.”
“Ahhhhhi and Salmon fresh Poke heaven in the heart of Sausalito. I swear by this place and I will come here over and over again.
The cute market/deli is clean and the food in the back of the store is well kept.
The Poke Bowl marinade I chose was spicy salmon. It was light and delicious, it was like biting into fluffy mini salmon pillows. They also shredded nicely and had no overpowering odors.
They gave me a choice of brown rice or white rice. You can also add sesame and seaweed seasoning.
The service was superb and the utensils and cleanliness of the store was excellent. There are benches outside so catch some sun outdoors and enjoy.”
