“My fiancé and I LOVED visiting the store in San Rafael! We live in SF and frequently look online, but this was the first time we visited a store in-person. I was like a kid in a candy shop - it was beautiful and so well designed! I want to give a special shoutout to Cedric for going above and beyond! He gave us a proper tour of the store, provided excellent advice for designing our new apartment, and helped us purchase two more kitchen chairs that matched our other Scandinavian Designs chairs at home. Once they arrived during the week, he really went out of his way to help us accept delivery. Cedric is the best - he made our trip so memorable and because of him, we will keep coming back! Thank you Cedric!!”

“WOW! We’re so happy that we found this shining gem of a store. The curation, selection, and quality of the collectibles is outstanding. The prices are super reasonable. The location is about a five minute walk from the main drag in Sausalito. It was well worth the short walk. Check out Tívoli in Sausalito. Tivoli spelled backwards is i lov iT. We do and we think that you will too.”

“I love that they carry Tuberose when in season. Today I purchased a little grouping and it was wrapped in pretty paper. I asked the gentleman what I can do to make them behave; because the last two times they just didn't ever open, and they died a bit quick. I was almost embarrassed when he came out with a ridiculous amount of extra stalks. See photo of the gloriousness. The house smells like heaven.”

“We used Folio for our wedding stationary and worked directly with Alex to design and order all our items. We had a lot of stationary for our wedding (invitations, menus, programs, welcome signs, crossword puzzles) and we were focused on making sure all our items matched and fit the general vibe for our wedding. Alex helped us think outside the box and come up with a lovely design that we used across all our stationary. Alex was quick to respond and helped us meet tight deadlines as we approached the wedding. Will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone looking for stationary!”

“After a delightful visit to their store in the Mission District, my friends and I decided to come see their Sausalito studio shop as well to see if we'd find other items to our liking. At the other shop we bought 2 dessert bowls from the Rim line. The Sausalito location is sizeable. Showrooms are smaller than Mission location, but still a lot of stock to browse through. The parking lot outside is on unfinished ground -- so beware of large puddles and uneven flooring. Once inside, they offer all their usual collections AND also a whole wall of "factory seconds". These are items that are good to use, but may have some minor defects. They were also come at a discounted price! We were there on Thurs, Dec 28 and it was very busy. Lots of people coming in and out and not much room to move around. It was good that they had about 2 staff at the cashier, and 2 other younger staff milling about to help with any questions. Many of them were masked which I also appreciated during this season of high covid/flu/cold transmission! They also had a small cart by the cashier that was for items you want to buy -- so you can put down safely while continuing to browse. I found a couple of beautiful matte side platters in Chile from the factory seconds wall, and also from the regular section: 2 plates from the Rim line to go with the dessert bowls I had already purchased the week before. As with previous experience, I told the staff here that I was flying with these items and so they wrapped them up with thick packing paper, and they made it safely home. I love how they all look fantastic together, and also look very "Heath"! I've used them a couple of times thus far. I've be hand-washing these items carefully. Will see how they last!”
“Strolling through Marin Mart with a friend we decided to try some scents and ended up spending a lot of time with Matteo. He asked us what we like in a scent and he nailed it, coming up with so many possibilites. I knew that Diptyque was a quality brand but I had no idea about the scope of options there. If you cannot find something you like here, I would be surprised. And Matteo was so knowledgeable about all of the products. We identified multiple options and left with big smiles on our faces. Lovely candles and gifts for others here as well. We will be back!”

“Excellent products and service. I used to shop for years at a corner store in Cow Hollow San Francisco. It was my go to place for pillows and sheets. Then I discovered their parent store in Marin County.
I absolutely adore their pillows. They have pillows for back sleeping people, side sleepers and stomach sleepers. I always take my pillows with me too when I go on holiday. There are hotels that have fabulous pillows and I just make sure I'm not without mine anyway because my head is very picky. I can easily have a sleepless night or wake up with a headache which I feel is an undesirable and avoidable outcome. I'm sensitive. I highly recommend Warm Things. Their products are high quality.”
