“Excellent experience with repairing my lamp. I was given very helpful advice on repairing the lamp and purchasing a shade. I could not have known what to do or choose without the help of the staff. They were very easy to talk to. They knew just the right questions to ask to help me make my decisions. I was very pleased on the quick turn around for the repair and the very reasonable price. I highly recommend them. I would use them again for any of my lamp purchases or repairs.”
“We purchased a Ronan massage chair there and had some issues that were fully resolved by the manager, Malika. She is extremely professional and customer oriented. They are very fortunate to have someone of her caliber running the store. The chair is outstanding and we’ve recommended it to friends and family.”

“I needed parts for a bathroom light fixture. The sales person at Nowell's immediately understood what I needed and he had it in his stockroom. Nowell is my go to place for lighting fixtures and customer service.”

“This is the kind of company I want to give my money to.... wonderful and well made products, but mostly that Richard is a real and caring person who spent a great deal of time on the phone with me helping me figure out what comforter level would be a good fit for me. Real fair and caring customer service. Can't recommend them highly enough, will happily buy from them again.”

“Katie is a brilliant and meticulous designer and seamstresses. Her custom work is a thing of beauty. She has made for me pillows, a sofa slipcover and face masks. Every item has been perfect! I highly recommend her!!!!”
“Friendly, helpful staff and high-quality products. I came in fairly settled on a color, but Michael in the color/design department nudged me to consider going darker than I'd planned. He also went out of his way later to ensure I was aware (I wasn't) they have a matte paint that works in bathrooms now. So glad to have his advice, with it my project turned out exactly as I wanted.”
“I am so impressed with my custom made farm table and bench. It's exactly what I was looking for, for an affordable price. It's beautiful, so well made, and came in a weeks time. I definitely highly recommend this company! They even had it delivered! So fantastic, so high value, I definitely recommend them!”

“I was shopping for a mirror with my husband. Jan was so incredibly helpful and kind. We found the perfect hollwood style mirror with Jan’s help. She went way above and way beyond her job duties and I don’t think she will ever understand how much her help meant to me.
Jan, I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and good heart. I know you’re management, but I hope someone higher up in the company sees this. Jan embodies exceptional customer service and is an all around good human being. She is the reason we will continue to always shop at homegoods!”
“Like this shop, good to pop in to find good value clothes for sport party or day to day. We managed to go in and find a few good things and get done in half an hour. Highly recommended.”
“The quality and workmanship is tops. With in 6 weeks we had two new sliding doors and six windows installed. Including permit the price point was very fair and the windows look great.”
