βAlways love stopping here. I think the second can be more interesting than the bits that are considered perfect. Also very helpful staff looked in the back for a second in a color that was not out on the floor for me.β

Ian, I believe who runs the men's store, was super friendly and sociable. He was incredible positive and talked to everyone he met. If you're seeing this Ian, I'll come back and get that Green Jacket from Nepal if you can discount it! :)
I was specifically shopping at the mens store across the street, and they have higher quality items than most thrift / consignment stores. Lot's of cool items, not just clothes.
It's purely interesting, and worth the stop!β
βMy fiancΓ© and I LOVED visiting the store in San Rafael! We live in SF and frequently look online, but this was the first time we visited a store in-person. I was like a kid in a candy shop - it was beautiful and so well designed! I want to give a special shoutout to Cedric for going above and beyond! He gave us a proper tour of the store, provided excellent advice for designing our new apartment, and helped us purchase two more kitchen chairs that matched our other Scandinavian Designs chairs at home. Once they arrived during the week, he really went out of his way to help us accept delivery. Cedric is the best - he made our trip so memorable and because of him, we will keep coming back! Thank you Cedric!!β

βI've been a customer at Marin color for years and have no complaints but recently had a great experience there. Andranika in the color department really knows what she is doing. She helped us with exterior color and we couldn't be happier. She showed us ideas on line and stepped outside with us so we could get a real feel for the colors. That was a game changer. Her service was above and beyond spectacular.β
βexcellent customer service and beautiful selection of rugs. I was welcomed into the store and received extremely helpful and friendly assistance from everyone at Roja. They took the time to answer any questions and were very knowledgeable about their rugs :)β

βWas visiting Mill Valley with friends and on a whim we decided to get our ears pierced. Walked in and was helped right away! Nicole was very helpful with all the jewelry and advice on placement. Eddy was so kind while performing the piercings. He went out of his way to bring mindfulness and incorporated deep breathing to make the experience positive. Both Nicole and Eddy made it a fun, smooth memorable experience. Would highly recommend!β

βI needed parts for a bathroom light fixture. The sales person at Nowell's immediately understood what I needed and he had it in his stockroom. Nowell is my go to place for lighting fixtures and customer service.β
βI love that they carry Tuberose when in season. Today I purchased a little grouping and it was wrapped in pretty paper. I asked the gentleman what I can do to make them behave; because the last two times they just didn't ever open, and they died a bit quick. I was almost embarrassed when he came out with a ridiculous amount of extra stalks. See photo of the gloriousness. The house smells like heaven.β

βI called ten different Anthropologies in search of a specific sweater. This Anthro team found it for me and shipped it all the way to PA! They knocked off the price of shipping and told me exactly when they would be shipping it out. Overall, very kind and great customer service!β

βOnly place iβll ever get paint from! Their paint completely transformed our home into something cozy and made it our own? Staff is always super kind, funny, and knowledgeable especially about how the different paints are going to look on our walls, shiny vs matte, and what kind of paint is going to look better in different lighting or rooms! Learned a lot of new things today thanks to the employee workingβ
βI have been going to this Diptyque boutique for at least two years now and I am blown away by the quality of customer service and knowledge of the sales associates. Everyone is always very friendly and the store manager is lovely and models a great example of wonderful customer experience in the store. The location is also great because it is easy to park and lots of great restaurants to grab a bite to eat ?β
βJodi makes stunning floral arrangements. I love her work. She's also very kind and generous with her time in talking with customers and showing them different options. The store is very cute with lots of beautiful and fun gift items. I highly recommend paying them a visit.β
