“A long overdue 5 star review! Twenty Five Company has a great selection but I will be a returning customer because of their knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had a bad experience at another store where they never informed me that my order had been backordered so on delivery day I only received half my shipment. I went to Twenty Five Company on 2 recommendations and am so glad I did. They helped me find alternatives and were actually able to source the exact tile that was backordered but in a different size and offered to have their staff cut it to size for a small fee. They didn't let me leave the store until they had confirmation on stock quantity and delivery date which saved me from having to push my renovation back 3 months!! “If you are looking for a partner who will go above and beyond to make your kitchen dreams come true, then call Rich DiCola immediately. I'm a fussy consumer. I spoke with many independent designers and cabinet specialists before finding Rich and realizing he was the person I was looking for. First, he is a wonderful person, who cares deeply about customer satisfaction. Second, he understands that every client has a different vision for their kitchen and is willing to work with them to achieve their goal. Third, he comprehends the idea of a budget and works diligently to adhere to your needs. Fourth, he's got an eye for design and this is a significant benefit of working with him. My kitchen project morphed into a bonus office, half-bath, and full-bathroom suite. Rich listened to all my needs and worked with me to incorporate all the little details. His subs all came out to assess the project as part of the bid so I had a very realistic idea of cost before we started. “Jackson's is an amazing hardware store with a huge selection. Unless you go often, snag a friendly employee to help you find your way to what you are looking for. We went for a door knob, but stayed to shop hats and rain gear, faucets and floor mats. We were very happy to find exactly what we needed.”

“After a delightful visit to their store in the Mission District, my friends and I decided to come see their Sausalito studio shop as well to see if we'd find other items to our liking. At the other shop we bought 2 dessert bowls from the Rim line. The Sausalito location is sizeable. Showrooms are smaller than Mission location, but still a lot of stock to browse through. The parking lot outside is on unfinished ground -- so beware of large puddles and uneven flooring. Once inside, they offer all their usual collections AND also a whole wall of "factory seconds". These are items that are good to use, but may have some minor defects. They were also come at a discounted price! We were there on Thurs, Dec 28 and it was very busy. Lots of people coming in and out and not much room to move around. It was good that they had about 2 staff at the cashier, and 2 other younger staff milling about to help with any questions. Many of them were masked which I also appreciated during this season of high covid/flu/cold transmission! They also had a small cart by the cashier that was for items you want to buy -- so you can put down safely while continuing to browse. I found a couple of beautiful matte side platters in Chile from the factory seconds wall, and also from the regular section: 2 plates from the Rim line to go with the dessert bowls I had already purchased the week before. As with previous experience, I told the staff here that I was flying with these items and so they wrapped them up with thick packing paper, and they made it safely home. I love how they all look fantastic together, and also look very "Heath"! I've used them a couple of times thus far. I've be hand-washing these items carefully. Will see how they last!”

“We first hired Julie Williams Design in 2015 for a complete kitchen and bath renovation. What began as an intimidating idea, soon evolved into wonderfully functional floor plans, selecting tiles and countertops, appliances etc, coordination and communication with the contractor, and finally a gorgeous space where form and function came together to create the heart of our home. There is a place for everything. Years later, it remains a timeless marvel of design, just for us. It was an easy decision to call on the team at Julie Williams Design again in 2021 when we decided on a primary bath and closet addition. As before, the comprehensive skills of JWD were on display, bringing us ideas we hadn't even considered. The bathroom and closet are more than we hoped for.. just gorgeous and incredibly functional! We couldn't be happier with Julie Williams Design. Julie and Shawn really are the best.”

“Our 16 yo Miele dishwasher finally died. After calling around a number of places it was clear that Marin Kitchen Co. had what we needed in stock, the 1756 model. We went to meet Janet Masolo in San Rafaele. She confirmed they had it, but also arranged for her installer Luis Jiminez to install it the next day. We had assumed we would be without a dishwasher for a couple of weeks. Thanks to Janet and Luis, it was less than two days. Fantastic service.”

“10 Stars! We purchased 3 Badeloft vessel sinks with vessel sink faucets and a beautiful soaking tub and tub filler. All of the finishes and styles are as advertised. These is really great quality fixtures a great value for your money. Additionally the customer service is exceptional. Tyler Rob and the rest of the team are extremely knowledgeable and take great care with customers. When one of our faucets arrived with a missing cartridge, Badeloft promptly shipped us an entirely new faucet. We also just found that the plumber who installed the tub filler over tightened the water feed valve connection and cracked the valve housing. I contacted Badeloft to purchase a new valve but they chose to provide it under warranty at no charge. This is an excellent company that cares about their customers. Highly highly recommended!”

These days when customer service is almost nonexistent, it was refreshing to see it's alive and well at Ferguson's and says a lot about the company.
