“David Shawn of Miconi Tiles remodeled a bathroom for me in our family home. He reorganized the space to fit in a stackable washer/dryer. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor. He installed a jacuzzi bathtub. At first I couldn't see how every thing would work together and it came out great. The master bedroom had a tiny shower. And there again, he took advantage of of the space, moved a closet and we have a wonderful walk in toilet. Miconi has a lot of great designs to choose from. I highly recommend David Shawn and Miconi Tiles.”

“I asked a question, everyone stood there, and Zachary answered as if he committed the entire store's inventory to memory. He was very knowledgeable, resourceful, and kind, helping me with my purchase. Thank you”

“Excellent customer service! Two years after installation, I noticed a minor leak. Glashaus was onsite within a couple of days and spent several hours carefully redoing the silicone seal. They then inspected and adjusted all the hinges and seals to make sure everything was working perfectly. And it was all covered under warranty! The prompt response and follow-through were exceptional. Knowing that I can count on Glashaus to stand behind their work is a real relief. It’s very rare to find this level of customer service and support these days. Highly recommended!”

“A hidden gem in Marin! I'm not a foodie, but I love to find places where I can roam and find things I didn't know I needed for the kitchen... When I have more time, I will be back to peruse their bulk items... I love to buy just the amount I need of something and not have 3/4 of a bottle sitting on my shelf forever... There are many food containers of different varieties, which may be helpful if you are planning a special event, as well as gift bags and party items. The prices seem very reasonable. If you miss the driveway, you can park next door at the PACE lot (formerly ACE, for us olds...) Very friendly staff member greeted and chatted with me.”

“Better place to shop than the gougers at Pace and Fergusson. Staff knows what they sell and know how to help. The best plumbing supply in Marin for sure. If they don't have it they can get it.”

“Our 16 yo Miele dishwasher finally died. After calling around a number of places it was clear that Marin Kitchen Co. had what we needed in stock, the 1756 model. We went to meet Janet Masolo in San Rafaele. She confirmed they had it, but also arranged for her installer Luis Jiminez to install it the next day. We had assumed we would be without a dishwasher for a couple of weeks. Thanks to Janet and Luis, it was less than two days. Fantastic service.”

“From the minute we met Darcie, when we walked in just to look over the showroom, we were impressed. The conversation with her made us feel welcomed and understood. She was clear and helped us clarify what we wanted for the remodeling of the bathroom. She guided us step by step, was very attentive, accommodated us with adjustments, and in general was a pleasure to work with.”

“I needed to replace countertops at our home and called a number of countertop suppliers. Frank was the first person I spoke with who was willing to take the time to discuss options for me in detail over the phone. I then went to his facility in San Rafael and he gave me excellent advice and helped me pick out a granite product that was as reasonably priced as you’d find in a big box retailer. In the process of picking out our countertops, I decided to replace our kitchen cabinetry. Frank was so helpful with the countertops, I had Frank price out new cabinets. Frank’s prices were very fair and the cabinets arrived at our house in perfect condition. Frank and his designer Nancy were Wonderful to work with. Nancy paid attention to details and carefully confirmed measurements; she worked seamlessly with my contractor. Frank was patient and his years of experience showed through in his work. I was having a difficult time picking out the color of our cabinets. He took into account the natural lighting in our kitchen and gave us a color suggestion which we used. Now, over one year out from the countertop and cabinet installations, I still walk into my kitchen with great appreciation for Frank and his work. By the way, his counter top installer did an excellent job too. All the way around, I couldn’t be happier with Frank and Carrera Marble. I created a Google account only to be able to write this review. If I ever need countertops or cabinets again, I won’t bother calling anyone else. Thank you, Frank, for making our home more beautiful and functional.”

“I was shopping for a mirror with my husband. Jan was so incredibly helpful and kind. We found the perfect hollwood style mirror with Jan’s help. She went way above and way beyond her job duties and I don’t think she will ever understand how much her help meant to me. Jan, I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and good heart. I know you’re management, but I hope someone higher up in the company sees this. Jan embodies exceptional customer service and is an all around good human being. She is the reason we will continue to always shop at homegoods!”

“Claudia M. Is a rock star of customer service and follow through. In a retail world that is becoming more and more apathetic to their customers. I had the pleasure of working with Claudia M. When I visited the Ferguson (San Rafael) store with a potential warranty issue with a Pfister product that left me and my family without a working shower in our tiny 2b/1ba house. Not only did Claudia M. Listen carefully to my issue, she also identified the specialty part that wasn’t listed on Pfister’s website, called her local rep to see if the individual part could be gotten and under warranty replacement, and arranged for me to pick up the parts the next day. I’m floored that was able to receive such comprehensive customer service in the retail world we find ourselves in. Needless to say, it’s a day and a half later and my shower is as good as new and I’ll be back for any more bathroom or kitchen needs.”
