“David Shawn of Miconi Tiles remodeled a bathroom for me in our family home. He reorganized the space to fit in a stackable washer/dryer. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor. He installed a jacuzzi bathtub. At first I couldn't see how every thing would work together and it came out great.
The master bedroom had a tiny shower. And there again, he took advantage of of the space, moved a closet and we have a wonderful walk in toilet. Miconi has a lot of great designs to choose from.
I highly recommend David Shawn and Miconi Tiles.”

“We purchased a 45-year-old home in Santa Rosa that required extensive remodeling. Initially, we visited Gilman Kitchens simply to gather ideas for a future kitchen renovation, as we were not yet ready to begin. However, after our first meeting with Manon Demers, we decided to move forward with the remodel.

We came in with some ideas of our own—such as navy blue lower cabinets with white upper cabinets—and Manon was able to enhance our vision by presenting excellent samples and offering thoughtful, practical guidance. She visited our home before demolition, helped us visualize cabinet and appliance placement, and prepared detailed plans for the project. We relied heavily on Manon’s expertise for the cabinetry and countertops, while selecting our own appliances, cabinet hardware, lighting, and wall treatments.

The project planning began in June and was completed by the end of October Working with Manon was a pleasure throughout the entire process. She is knowledgeable, professional, and highly experienced. “Claudia M. Is a rock star of customer service and follow through. In a retail world that is becoming more and more apathetic to their customers. I had the pleasure of working with Claudia M. When I visited the Ferguson (San Rafael) store with a potential warranty issue with a Pfister product that left me and my family without a working shower in our tiny 2b/1ba house.

Not only did Claudia M. Listen carefully to my issue, she also identified the specialty part that wasn’t listed on Pfister’s website, called her local rep to see if the individual part could be gotten and under warranty replacement, and arranged for me to pick up the parts the next day. I’m floored that was able to receive such comprehensive customer service in the retail world we find ourselves in.

Needless to say, it’s a day and a half later and my shower is as good as new and I’ll be back for any more bathroom or kitchen needs.”

“I needed to replace countertops at our home and called a number of countertop suppliers. Frank was the first person I spoke with who was willing to take the time to discuss options for me in detail over the phone. I then went to his facility in San Rafael and he gave me excellent advice and helped me pick out a granite product that was as reasonably priced as you’d find in a big box retailer. In the process of picking out our countertops, I decided to replace our kitchen cabinetry. Frank was so helpful with the countertops, I had Frank price out new cabinets. Frank’s prices were very fair and the cabinets arrived at our house in perfect condition. Frank and his designer Nancy were Wonderful to work with. Nancy paid attention to details and carefully confirmed measurements; she worked seamlessly with my contractor. Frank was patient and his years of experience showed through in his work. I was having a difficult time picking out the color of our cabinets. He took into account the natural lighting in our kitchen and gave us a color suggestion which we used. Now, over one year out from the countertop and cabinet installations, I still walk into my kitchen with great appreciation for Frank and his work. By the way, his counter top installer did an excellent job too. All the way around, I couldn’t be happier with Frank and Carrera Marble. I created a Google account only to be able to write this review. If I ever need countertops or cabinets again, I won’t bother calling anyone else. Thank you, Frank, for making our home more beautiful and functional.”
