“This place is great and I am so grateful to have it in Fairfax (especially b/c the Fairfax Post Office is notoriously difficult to deal with). I have used this UPS store for returns, shipping holiday gifts, making copies, and notary services a couple times. They are always quick and helpful and I am always in and out. the hours are fantastic as well (open late, on weekends). It's so nice to not have to truck up to Terra Linda location etc. anymore.”

“I love these guys! I use them for all my signage needs for all six of my brick-and-mortar locations. The staff is super friendly, always accommodating and they do it all - large and small signs, from vinyl to wood to acrylic to foam core, and also have solid designers in-house that can create designs for my signs when I don't deliver exactly what I need but can only describe it. My only comment is that pricing is not consistent so just make sure you understand rate quotes beforehand. They always work with me on this though, and are typically reasonable, especially when I agree to volume orders. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent experience. We reached out via e-mail and got a prompt same day response from Carlos who was immensely helpful. Once we approved the proof the project was completed in less than 48 hours with no rush fee, despite them being very busy with jobs. The print was clear and high quality as were the materials (we used Coroplast). It has been holding up beautifully despite being in full sun outdoors. Beyond that, the customer service of Carlos and team were top notch throughout the process. I highly recommend them.”

“They corrected a deep color flaw in my 4x6 photo. Instead of giving me their opinion, they produced the result that I desired. Which told me they are skilled in what they do and delivered a photo that my family and I were happy with. Instead of emails back and forth. I appreciated sitting with Page and together, resolving the issue in person.”

The location was clean, organized, and well-run. I truly appreciate the reliability and customer service—will definitely come here again.”

“I came in looking for inkjet printing, which Joanne doesn't offer. She still took the time to help and offered to try it on the machines she has in the shop. Very professional. For cards, leaflets, or any other printing work, this is where I'll go. Highly recommended and impressed by the service.”

“Kenny and Mary Ann were incredibly accommodating to us. We produced a 24 page bifold booklet with them. I love how it turned out, and I'm really grateful for the attention to detail they put into it. They genuinely care about their projects - that's exactly what you hope for in a printer.”

“Tim is the best. He’s on top of everything, every package, scans everything immediatley no matter what he’s doing. So in many instances I get immediate credit for my Amazon returns, even if I missed the last UPS truck, and Tim will tell me if I did! He’s the best.”

“George spent a patient 10+ min.s on the phone with me to track down why my computer had stopped talking to the printer. He came up with a suggestion that had escaped me, and it worked. When I asked about his fee, he said just enjoy your day. Thanks, George and the crew at GMS.”

“My luck could not have been better than the day I received a beautiful lithograph from Michael Mintzer, and then chose Bob on Michael's recommendation. Bob's experience as an artist was obvious as he easily provided attractive and reasonable framing options. He then blew me away by fast-tracking the job and having it ready for me before I had to leave town for a month.”

“As a friend/volunteer for a local non-profit's 2022 Summer Camps, I had a high-priority and urgent need to create double-sided name badges on a Friday, before the weekend arrived. The company's name ID printer had stopped working, and I needed a speedy solution. I found Fourth Street Press on Yelp and Google, appreciated that it was a local business with good reviews, and called immediately for help. Trish answered the call and listened to my specific needs, the deadline, and gave me clear instructions about the information to email to John for a same-day quote. John sent me a follow-up email within 2 hours and recommended a cost-effective solution that gave me options regarding pricing, depending on adjustments to the volume of the job. I appreciate the care Trish and John took to respond to my small, yet important, project. Thankfully, based on my communications with Fourth Street Press, I discovered a solution I hadn't seen before that allowed me to successfully complete the project myself "in house". I'm confident in Fourth Street Press and impressed by their knowledge and willingness to help with even a small and urgent project.”

“Always there, always professional, always friendly, always honest, always ready to help--with a smile. Can't count how many times this wonderful local business, run by a wonderful local owner, saved me with last-minute notary needs. Can't imagine the hardships if Tiburon Mail Service weren't there to meet our needs! May it flourish well beyond. 2026!”

“This print shop is excellent. Reasonable prices, great service, fast turnaround, great work ethic. Nice people. I'm so happy to support my local family businesses. BPM can print on mylar if you email them the PDF. They can see exactly how large the map is and will let you know the price. I appreciate how hard working this lovely married couple are. Kudos to them!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Wigt!! After a mishap with an online printing service, I walked in very last minute feeling stressed about my save-the-dates, and Megan completely saved the day. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond, helping me fix the formatting, adjusting the coloring herself, proofing everything on the spot, and even printing them so they were ready the next morning. The quality is absolutely stunning, the price blew the online service out of the water, and the customer service was truly exceptional. I am so beyond grateful and will be recommending Wigt to everyone I know!”

“approximately a month ago, I was having trouble obtaining standard supplies from ups stores in the bay area, corporate directed me to this store here, there were two guys there , David and Clinton, and although didn't have to, went above and beyond assisting me with obtaining the materials I needed, I.e. boxes, and label sleeves that nobody on the other side of the bay would go out there way to provide. I drove all the way from alameda to mill valley and these guys had the materials waiting for me. very friendly and very helpful, enough to impress me to write this review. thank you very much for your assistance fellas , big thumbs up and appreciation. “We have been delighted with the professionalism, friendliness, and quick-turnaround of print jobs from Snaps Reprographics. Whereas FedEx and other printing companies often have a long wait time, Snaps usually has our print orders ready in fifteen minutes. The employees and owner are both incredibly polite and professional when I have spoken to them, and are always available to answer questions and help us with an order. The prints themselves are high quality. If you need any kind of printing done, I highly recommend this company.”

“For several years, Blue Pond and Greg Van Houten have been Southern Marin Fire’s primary signage provider, and I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. The quality of their products is exceptional, but what truly sets them apart is their customer service. Greg consistently goes above and beyond to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and exactly as envisioned. He is responsive, professional, creative, and genuinely committed to his customers’ success. Whether it’s station signage, displays, or custom projects, Blue Pond delivers outstanding workmanship and attention to detail every time. Their ability to take an idea and turn it into a polished, professional product is second to none. In today’s business environment, it is rare to find a company that combines exceptional products with truly outstanding customer service, but Blue Pond does exactly that. Greg and his team have been trusted partners to our organization for years, and they continue to exceed expectations. If you’re looking for a signage and graphics company that stands behind its work and treats its customers like valued partners, Blue Pond is the best in the business.”

“Evan is incredible! I had to get my fingerprints taken at a self serve kiosk in the store. I was having so much trouble getting good prints. After spending an hour and only getting 3 fingers done, Evan came over to help me. In 15 minutes we had the other 7 done. I couldn't have done it without him. Amazing customer service, above and beyond--thank you Evan!!”

“This is s uniquely fantastic UPS store. It is extremely well managed, kind and helpful, delightful employees. I always have a great experience and find the staff fun and inspiring. Andrew and his wife Lilia are superb owners and Minerva has provided A+++ customer service every time I've been in. There is another employee whose name I now can't remember who is also so friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Really a great spot. I drive far to skip the grabby UPS stores and go here; it's the best.”

“The Bad: Mixed up shipping labels; shipped someone else's box to me using my label, and shipped my box to someone else. The Good: When I notified store of error, UPS staff worked diligently to try to find my box and keep me informed of status. Then when notified of my box's arrival at someone else's location by that recipient, staff worked promptly to facilitate delivery to me. UPS Customer Service phone staffer was also helpful.”

“I had an amazing experience at the Staples Copy & Print department thanks to Randy and Braden. From the moment I walked in, they were both welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. Braden helped me through the entire process of creating my business cards, from getting everything started to making sure the final product came out exactly how I wanted. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and the quality of the business cards was outstanding—the best quality I’ve ever received. They were even better than the business cards I’ve gotten from other competitors. This experience was also much better than the service I previously received at the San Rafael Staples, where Tony tried to help but ended up wasting a lot of my time without resolving what I needed. Randy and Braden, on the other hand, were knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was done right the first time. Overall, Randy and Braden provided exceptional customer service and exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help are the reason I’ll continue coming back. If you need anything from the Copy & Print department, I highly recommend working with Randy and Braden.”
