I have used this UPS store for returns, shipping holiday gifts, making copies, and notary services a couple times. They are always quick and helpful and I am always in and out. the hours are fantastic as well (open late, on weekends). It's so nice to not have to truck up to Terra Linda location etc. anymore.”

Huge improvement to prior experiences with some previous employees, and antithesis of the San Anselmo office, which is terribly hostile and continually incompetent.”

“The Bad: Mixed up shipping labels; shipped someone else's box to me using my label, and shipped my box to someone else. The Good: When I notified store of error, UPS staff worked diligently to try to find my box and keep me informed of status. Then when notified of my box's arrival at someone else's location by that recipient, staff worked promptly to facilitate delivery to me. UPS Customer Service phone staffer was also helpful.”

“I am convinced Tiburon location is the best in whole Bay Area if not the country. I had superior experience on a day that could have been disaster for any worker. April 15 is the last day to file taxes, line at the door was a mile away right when John opened the doors with the warmest smile. I was there with two very young kids to get passports done, not one but two. Seeing John navigating guests through was mesmerizing. Early morning, people with piles of papers, million questions and in rush. John remained calm, knowledgeable,friendly, helpful and so professional. I was in that location for the first time, we drove there for 2 hours in early morning with little kids thinking it’s the only location taking walk-ins for passports. It appeared to be they are not- mistake in the system but John was the nicest about it, still helped us with everything although he was the only person behind the desk. I was pleasantly surprised he knew majority of guests by the name, greeted them warmly and had everyone in and out of the door in minutes. His attitude, love for his work and their customers made this experience not only pleasant but unforgettable. He truly made an impact on our family and our whole day. Thank you, John!!!”

Braden helped me through the entire process of creating my business cards, from getting everything started to making sure the final product came out exactly how I wanted. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and the quality of the business cards was outstanding—the best quality I’ve ever received. They were even better than the business cards I’ve gotten from other competitors. This experience was also much better than the service I previously received at the San Rafael Staples, where Tony tried to help but ended up wasting a lot of my time without resolving what I needed. Randy and Braden, on the other hand, were knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was done right the first time. Overall, Randy and Braden provided exceptional customer service and exceeded my expectations. “approximately a month ago, I was having trouble obtaining standard supplies from ups stores in the bay area, corporate directed me to this store here, there were two guys there , David and Clinton, and although didn't have to, went above and beyond assisting me with obtaining the materials I needed, I.e. boxes, and label sleeves that nobody on the other side of the bay would go out there way to provide. I drove all the way from alameda to mill valley and these guys had the materials waiting for me. very friendly and very helpful, enough to impress me to write this review. thank you very much for your assistance fellas , big thumbs up and appreciation. “For 13 years, I’ve frequented the UPS store in Sausalito purely for convenience. I've had a higher tolerance than most for their constant revolving door of unprofessional employees and filthy facility. I remember walking in one day and there was dog vomit on the carpet. The employee at the time stated that the owner treated them terribly and that this was not their job, so they refused to clean it. To give you perspective on what my experiences had been like, this didn’t phase me at all. I just stepped over the dog vomit and proceeded as quickly as possible. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner myself, who was so incredibly unprofessional and rude to me that another customer actually stopped me outside to apologize for his behavior. I’m actually grateful for today’s unpleasant interaction because it led me to this particular UPS franchise in Mill Valley. I walked in and was in shock by how absolutely clean it was. I literally stood in the front door in awe for a moment. The gentleman at the front desk (manager and brother to the owner) was so pleasant and personable. I feel like I’ve been upgraded from coach (more like the baggage compartment) to first class.”

More than once they went above and beyond for us. They're both genuinely good people and USPS is lucky to have them. We enjoyed visiting this post office - and we miss these two. “Tho post office is amazing! I was sent a general delivery package and ,because I had no time in between my work, I completely forgot to even fill up the application! The staff were nice enough to hold onto my package and work with me on the phone. There was a really kind lady over the phone who walked me through everything. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. Carrie greeted me upon picking my letter up and was very courteous. Amazing staff here!”

“I was just there mailing some holiday gifts and the AMAZING service I received from Jahmila and Tenzin was over the top! I came in with too big of a box. So big that they couldn't take it and instead of sending me away, they helped me cut the box down to a smaller size in order to make it do-able to send from there! They didn't not need to go that extra mile for me, but they BOTH did and in the holiday rush! My niece will have her presents in time for Christmas thanks to them! It was such stellar service that I had to write this review. I am so impressed with the Larkspur Post Office! Tenzin and Jahmila are gems!!!”
