Worst customer service. Ordered pants and still haven’t seen them a month later. Calling took an hour and got no answers, emailing takes days to get response. Don’t give them money without product in hand.

I bought 3 pairs of tactical pants at $60 a piece and eventually the button fell off on all of them. The last pair I had to wear fell off just now. At work.

Arrived at a closing time. Store associate was nice enough to still open the doors and help me even though she didnt have to. True definition of customer service!
